2. RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1) Students must adhere to the flow of report duty for clinical placements at
the hospital.
2) Students must show student identification card on the first day report of
duty at hospital. Failure to do so, hospital may not accept students.
3) Students must always wear student identification card during the clinical
attachment at hospital.
4) Students are required to comply with the established ethical profession
guideline during the training period.
5) Students undergoing placement are not allowed to perform treatment on
patients without supervision of the Nurse Instructor/Preceptor/Staff
nurse.
3. 6) Any documents and equipment is the property of the hospital and can not
be removed without the permission of the supervisor.
7) Use of any medical or health information for any purpose, including
customer data and the organization must obtain permission from the
relevant parties. This information should not be used for other purposes
except for training.
8) All training received by students should be under supervision of appointed
supervisors.
9) For any matters relating to the clinical attachment, please refer to the
lecturers or instructors and training supervisors.
10)Students must always dressed according to the dress code as specified in
the rules and regulations handbook.

15. • Hostel’s key will be given to each group/cohort of the student. (1
group 1 key)
• Responsible of the group/cohort to keep the key till end of
posting.
• If lost the key, please inform NI immediately. DO NOT DUPLICATE
BY YOUR OWN.
CHECK OUT end of posting, first person who take the key or
representative from the group/cohort will return back to A&E staff
and sign in ‘Hostel Key Book’ with key number and witnessed by
SRN.
