Literacy Partners, an adult education nonprofit in NYC, recently redesigned our program structure. The results for our students were huge.

High School Equivalency (HSE) & English Programs for Adults

Our program redesign in 2013 included:
•Moving to a semester system with managed enrollment.
•Implementing a two-week orientation period.
•Increasing the intensity of our classes from 6 hours per week to 12 or 15.
These changes had a huge impact on our results.
