PROFILE
A successfuland motivated business and project director with a proven track record, working in the renewable energy,
finance and M&A sectors. With specialist expertise in wind and offshore energy. A passionate manager with 22+ years
experience in renewables. Robert is proud to have been involved in renewable energy projects with a combined total of
nearly 13GW of capacity and an investment value of more than US$23 billion. He has worked on 13 offshore and
floating offshore wind projects.
Robert enjoys successfully managing the day to day requirements of project delivery and developing business teams as
well asutilising his entrepreneurialexperience to setup new businesses and create commercially beneficial opportunities
even in times of crisis. He has strong technical and commercial experience including; working with permitting
authorities & other regulatory bodies, structuring project/private finance, undertaking diligence for renewable energy
projects particularly wind, offshore wind and solar and managing a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure programmes
of work are delivered on time and to the highest standard. He also has a broad global network.
Robert is communicative, and fluent in English and German, and recent work in UK, across Europe, in the USA and in
the Far East, including the China-region give him an excellent current understanding of the global renewables sector.
He is looking for a new opportunity where his skills and experience will add value to an organisation either via a
permanent role or a challenging interim position.
