Tiletoria was established in Cape Town in January 1995 and is
one of the biggest tile distributors in the country selling 200
containers of imported products per month; approximately
¼million m2 of tiles per month and 150 000 m² of other flooring
products. All the products we import are from long standing
and extensive supplier base of factories from around the world.
This includes Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Turkey, Brazil, India
and China.
Although tiles are our top seller, we also stock and supply:
• A number of leading Tap and Sanware brands including
Grohe, H2FLO, Triumph and Isca.
• Natural stone such as Marble, Granite and Slate and
sandstones.
• Bamboo, Vinyl, laminated Wooden Flooring and Engineered
wooden flooring.
• And we are exclusive distributors of Nature’s Floor and
My Floor laminated wooden flooring ranges.
Tiletoria’s Management team are highly experienced in the
purchase and specification of high quality tiles at value for
money prices.
Tiletoria is 75% owned by Invicta Holdings Limited which is an
investment holding and management company, controlling
and managing assets of R9,103 Billion. The group is chaired by
Dr Christo Wiese and managed by Arnold Goldstone - more

Tiletoria’s distribution network in SA includes a 10,000 m² ware-
house in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, an 8,000 m² warehouse in
Durban, 5,000 m² warehouse in Johannesburg and a 2,000 m²
distribution centre in Port Elizabeth. JHB, DBN & CT branches
have modern showrooms which provide a service to the retail,
wholesale and contract markets. Port Elizabeth is a wholesale
and distributions centre only.

Tiletoria’s Target Markets are essentially:
• Mrs Jones “walk in” Domestic retail market
• Wholesale -where we supply more than 200 building/tiling
retailers nationwide e.g. Buco, Penny Pinchers, On Tap,
Bathroom Bizarre, Build It etc.
• Architectural, Specification & Project Management market
which includes housing developments across the board,
office blocks, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, prisons,
harbours etc.
• National Corporate market which amongst others we supply
Woolworths, Clicks, Foschini, First National Bank, ABSA, Spur
Steak Ranches, Cell C, Nedbank, Truworths, Spar, Shoe City,
Toyota, Hyundai, Ster Kinekor, @Home, etc…
We have a dedicated Corporate/Specification Sales Division
which operates from an extensive Tile Library, where we show-
case a wide range of all our products. This Library is aimed at
professionals looking for special effects or performance prod-
ucts for specific applications.

4. general information
PRICE: All prices are based on the current exchange rate as
determined by Tiletoria at order confirmation date, shipping,
landed costs and other related costs. These prices are subject
to change but can be fixed, subject to negotiations relating to
storage, delivery and payment terms.
WAREHOUSING: Tiletoria has 4 warehouses nationwide with a
floor space exceeding 25,000 m²
PRODUCT QUALITY: All our tiles conform to all international
norms and are guaranteed by the manufacturers for their use
in a specific application. All our other products have varying
guarantees.
LEAD TIMES: Lead times for special orders are subject to avail-
ability at the factory but from the date of the order, we can
import products from Spain & Italy within 6-8 weeks, Brazil 4–6
weeks and approximately 8 –12 weeks from the East.
DELIVERIES: Our fleet is capable of delivering 400 tons per day
nationwide within a 60km radius of our hubs.
Transport contractors are used to distribute to
out –lying areas and into the rest of Africa.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT:Tiletoria will always support and back up
their clients in the best way possible.

“Mosaic Innovation” is Tiletoria’s own exclusive range of
mosaics; they also import and stock mosaics and tile
accessories from around the world to suit every taste in

Laminated Wooden Flooring is part of the Tiletoria stable and comprises of various ranges; Standard AC3,
Premium AC4, Platinum V4 Groove, Platinum Wide Boards & Luxury AC5. All 8.3mm with borders and skirtings
to match.
