Liezel van Dyk
Liezel holds a MCom in Financial Management Sciences and a higher diploma in
International Taxation through the Thomas Jefferson School of Law based in California.
As a seasoned qualified professional with strong business acumen specializing in the
Financial environment and related fields i.e. financial management, financial reporting,
general management, staff development, tax compliance, payroll structuring and
implementation of effective internal controls & systems which result in business
efficiencies. Liezel is an analytical individual with the ability to contribute to business
strategy utilizing the skills gained over a 13 year work career in various capacities in the
areas of Financial Management, Accounting, Tax compliance, Payroll effectiveness and
Payroll structuring. Liezel has experience in senior management, Director and executive
positions in large Listed Companies.
Her field of expertise is contract management, salary structuring, expat tax solutions,
outsourcing financial and HR services i.e. payroll, accounting, strategic planning, budgets,
forecasts and streamlining processes in order to ensure efficiencies for the company as a
whole. The sector in which she has gained most of her experience is in Banking, Finance,
Manufacturing, Mining, Engineering, Medical etc.

Talita van der Merwe
Talita is a registered Industrial Psychologist (PS 0092568) as acquired May 2005.
She has 15 years of experience in HR of which 4 years were in management positions
and 5 years as a consultant. The last occupation was with Eskom Holdings Ltd as the
Transmission HR Organisational Effectiveness Manager. She has been an
independent contractor since 2010. She has gained most of her experience in HR
projects such as transformation programmes, bulk recruitment drives and Team
effectiveness interventions.
Sectors mostly operated in are the Financial Sector, Service and Contact Centers,
Parastatels and Professional services sector. Talita also lead a team of HR
professionals to develop policies/ procedures for SADC countries.
