8. Reflection Questions
• 1)How did you take the images in this PPT? IN class, we
turned off all the lights, had flashlights and glow sticks,
moved them around in random patterns, and took pictures
with the shutter of our camera.
• 2)What was the most difficult of the process? Getting good
pictures that had good quality and a lot of light in them.
• 3)Explain how you edited the first four photos: I used the
hue/sat and color balance layer blending modes because I
didn’t like how the other ones made the picture look, and I
used warp and liquefy.
9. Reflection Questions (Cont.)
• 4)Explain how you edited the portrait combination photo: I took a
portrait picture and blurred/blacked out part of the outside around
the face, then I added two other glow stick/flashlight photos to the
portrait picture, then I changed the colors, I added the swoosh with
the pen tool with outer glow and a bunch of different starbursts and
other brushes with outer glow. I also added the bubble dots around
the photo and changed the color of them and added an outer glow.
• 5)What was the most enjoyable part of the project? What was the
least? The most enjoyable part of the project was learning and
applying new Photoshop techniques such as warp, liquefy, and new
brushes. The least enjoyable part of the project was going back and
forth with the editing in order to adjust what you like and don’t like.
