Duties at Qualspec entailed keeping track of all rope access equipment for the crews and ensured that
all audits were done on a routine bases as per procedures. Also performed supervisory duties in the field
on numerous call out jobs. Met with clients concerning job scopes and managed any changes that needed
to be done to ensure the job was done safely and in a reasonable amount of time. Performed rigging for
the crews as needed as wellas inspected all rigging before anyone was allowed on the ropes in the event I
let the crew members perform the rigging. Completed visual inspection reports, inserted pictures on
reports along with description of what was being captured in the picture. Completed sitel log’s and had
them signed off by the client, completed time sheets for the crews. Kept a running log on all rope access
equipment inspections, and filed all paperwork as needed in my office.

Job Responsibilities
Duties at the Exxon Mobil Baytown Refinery entailed completing daily time logs for each crew, also
ensuring each crew had work to be performed for that day as well as getting with the planners to go
over drawings to be done by each crew. I orchestrated different projects and made sure crews were
available for different projects as needed. Kept a daily spread sheet of each crews daily activity (how
many tml’s /ut data points were cut and installed and how many reading were taken) daily. I dealt
with the client on a daily bases to ensure they were satisfied with the level of production and quality
of work being given by each crew. I began at the Exxon Mobil Baytown Refinery with 2 regular
base plant crews, through my involvement with the client I was able to bring in an x-ray crew, RTR
Crew, insulation crew, and 2 more additional base plant crews. All this was accomplished in a matter
of 6 months. I also had to keep a running inventory of all rope access gear as well as other tools and
equipment. I placed orders for general equipment as well as safety equipment. I also ensured each
rope access vehicle had company procedures in them and vehicle was gassed and ready daily. Went
in the field and monitored the crews, to ensure the level of safety and production was being
maintained per company procedure and policy.

Supervised NDT crews on CUI project at the Exxon Mobil Refinery in Beaumont, TX. Held morning
safety meetings,also met with CDMS personnelto sign off on personnel timesheets and fax them off to
company. Attend morning meetings with the clients to discuss changes in the scope of work and safety
concerns. Audited crewsweekly to ensure all personnel were continuing to keep the level of safety that
was expected by the company as well as the client. Supervise rope access sulfurdation, project at the
Chevron Refinery in Pascagoula, MS. I had 2 other Level III on the crew so the work load as
well as paperwork was pretty much evenly spread out among the crew. Perform (RTR) Real time
Radiography on various piping by means of rope access. Some difficult rigging was involved to
reach certain areas also the camera was rigged to lower with the technician and as a safety
backup. Met with client to discuss any changes to work scope that needed to be amended, all
work was also videoed, labeled, and downloaded in sequence for later review as needed.

Supervise nine rope access crews at the Exxon Mobil Refinery in Beaumont TX. I held
morning safety meeting and ensured each crew was working in compliance with procedures
and safety rules and policies. Also kept a daily spread sheet on all work that was completed,
and pending. Met with the client concerning safety concerns, work concerns, and planning
of any special projects to be done. Added 4 more crews on a CUI project using (RTR) as a
means of locating moderate to severe areas of corrosion without stripping whole sections of
piping. This saved in re-insulation cost. Perform demonstration using (RTR) equipment
before getting the word to bring on the 4 crews. Two of these crews were ground crews and
two were rope access. Ordered safety and operational equipment for the crews. Met with the
client each Friday to give a detailed overview of the production spread sheet, also answered
any questions and concerns that the client may have had concerning deadlines, or safety
issues as needed.

Performed work on Reliant Stadium installed fabric on the retractable roof of the stadium by
means of rope access. Worked onnumerous offshore projects, set the spar on the Medusa project,
3. painted and blasted, and set the spar on the Holstein Project, performed UT on Horn Mountain
(offshore platform) lots of intense rigging was done on these offshore projects to get the job done
and ensure the safety of the personnel performing the work. Perform work on Mad Dog platform
and the Hoover Diana.
