8.30-9.00: Official welcome and official photograph. Press.
9.00: 9.30: Guided tour of school by students.
9.30-11.30: Welcome activities in SUM.
11.30-12.00: break
12.00-13.00: GENIALLY/ECOAVANTIS information.
13.00-15.00: Roman sport activities at the school patio.
15.00: Lunch at the families
TUESDAY 8TH
8.30: Arrival to school and departure by bus to the town centre.
9.30-14.30: Course on Roman heritage in our everyday life at the University of
Córdoba: Main lecture, distribution in two groups and visit tour around Roman
Córdoba.
About 14.30: Back to school by bus
15.00: lunch at the families.
17.00- 19.00: Sport activities at school for students.
WEDNESDAY
9TH
8.30-11.30: First work session with students: Logo contest. Presentation of
Twinspace, the webpage, Genially, establishing international groups, tasks
and activities to be done at this meeting and in the future, etc.
11.30: Departure to the Alcazar
12.00-12.45: Reception by the Town Hall at the Alcazar.
12.45: Free visit to the Alcazar.
13.30: Walk around the Judería and free time.
About 14.30: Departure to school by coach.
15.00: lunch at the families.
THURSDAY
10TH
8.30: Departure to ALMEDINILLA, a Roman Villa from school.
Back by 17.30
FRIDAY 11TH
8.30-11.30: Uploading outcomes to the webpage and Twinspace.
Students and teachers write conclusions for the final report.
Assessment of the meeting by students’ interviews and assessment forms.
Editing e-magazine.
Budget adjustments if necessary.
Certificates of assistance.
11.30-12.00: break
12.00-15.00: Sharing conclusions and writing and signing report on the
meeting.
Uploading report to Twinspace
19.30: Farewell party at school
