Tuesday 14th
may :
– Teams Finland, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain meet at the Frankfort airport and take a coach
to Wissembourg;
– Teams Germany and Poland arrive by minibus in the afternoon in Wissembourg, at the Hôtel
d' Alsace.
– 17.30: Welcome meeting at the collège Otfried; headmaster' s speech; introduction of the
pupils to their guest families; vote for the best photo; refreshments and buffet at school.
– 20.30: Pupils go to their host families, teachers go to the Hôtel d' Alsace.
Wednesday 15th
may:
– 07.00: Breakfast.
– 07.45: Meeting of pupils and teachers before the school and walk to the bus stop,
– 09.30: Arrival in Strasbourg; boating-tour on the river l' Ill,
– 11.45: Lunch with pupils and teachers at a university cafetaria,
– 12.30: Visit of the city of Strasbourg and then free-time for shopping,
– 15.30: Gathering and bus-ride to the „Two-Banks Garden“,
– 17.00: Gathering and departure; coach-trip through our Alsacian villages to the village
Seebach.
– 19.00: Dinner with pupils and teachers at the restaurant „La vieille Grange“ in Seebach,
– 21.30: Way back to Wissembourg by coach; pupils go (or are driven) to their host families.
Teachers go back to the hotel.
Thursday 16th
may:
– 07.00/07.15: Breakfast
– 08.00: Pupils and teachers meet at school to visit the Collège Otfried,
– 08.40: Walk to the town center,
– 09.00: Visit of the town of Wissembourg; the pupils have their own tour and then meet the
teachers.
– 10.45: Walk to the town-hall,
– 11.00: Reception by the mayor in the town-hall,
– 12.00: Lunch at school for pupils and teachers. Some host pupils whose guest lives in the
neighbourhood go and eat with him/ her at home.
– 13.00 - 14.00: Pupils relax with their guests on the school play ground,
– 14.00 - 15.00: Pupils play sports together.
– 13.00 - 15.00: Teachers have a meeting and discuss the project's topics.
– 15.00 - 16.30: Pupils play their quizz-game across the school.
– 16.30: Gathering time, pupils results, refreshments,
– 17.30: Parade of the gardens on wheels and tree-plantation.
– 18.30: Pupils are free and go to their host families'.
– 18.15 – 19.15: Teachers can go shopping or rest at the hotel,
– 19.30: Teachers dinner at school.

2. Friday 17th
may:
– 7.00: Breakfast,
– 07.45: Meeting at school,
– 08.00 – 10.00: Pupils and teachers attend different classes.
– 10.00: Closing time and group photo,
– 11.45: Lunch at school,
– 13.00: Farewell and departure.
