2. Government SchoolsADEC EMT Orientation Coordinator 2010-

- Liaised with various ADEC departments to secure guest speakers
for 1000 new EMTs Orientation. Sessions included; Cultural
Awareness, ADEC Code of Conduct, ADEC Teacher Appraisal,
panel discussions
- Facilitated 50 staff members to lead new EMTs in daily debriefing
sessions
ADEC Head of Faculty Coordinator 2010- 2012
- Designed a shortlisting process for 300 internal HoF applicants.
- Trained 15 interviewers
- Set interview schedule for 50 successful applicants and 5 interview
panels.
- Liaised with other ADEC departments to organise orientaion of
