I learned to deal with difficult patient personalities, also that each individual has different needs.
A little goes a long way in healthcare and we can make a difference in each persons lives. My
biggest accomplishment there was feeling loved and needed by the patients I cared for at this
facility.

I worked a three patient pod. I also worked closing facility at night, taking out biohazard trash,
bleaching or acid cleaning this 30 patient chair clinic. Rinsed out tanks at night and replaced with
RO water. Left machines with lines on for following day initiation.
Accomplishments
Responsibilities were met as expected of me. My accomplishment there was learning the many
different accesses and how to cannulate them.
