information given by the primary OB physician, patient teaching done by RN, informed consent signed by patient,
accompanied patient to the OR room, donned proper OR attire – gown, mask, OR shoes,gloves,accompanied,
observed anesthesiologist give the anesthesia to the patient, accompanied patient to recovery room, baby care done
