ImpACT replaces our current yearly performance management cycle based on fixed touchpoints and
objectives with a more dynamic, transparent and forward-focused approach. The core purpose of
ImpACT is to strengthen motivation and drive performance by ensuring that all employees always know
what it takes to be successful, helping them get there and acknowledge when they do. The key enabler is
ongoing and forward-looking check-in dialogues between the employee and leader.
ImpACT includes how we:
• Set dynamic priorities and align on them
• Conduct ongoing performance, development and motivation dialogues, ”check-ins”
• Give coaching to drive personal development and performance
• Give honest structured feedback
• Calibrate on performance and ACT behavior
• Recognize & reward for performance and ACT behavior
