                                         SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

•   Facilitated administration of employee benefits for employees across North America for a Fortune 500 company.
    Provided advisory support to field HR staff in 57 manufacturing plants, 90 sales centers, and six corporate facilities.
    Updated multiple HR and payroll systems with sensitive employee data. Prepared diverse documents relating to
    HIPAA, payroll, leaves of absence, termination, and retirement. Managed military leave program. Revamped employee
    file administration. Developed processes and timeliness to assist in the transfer of operations to an outsourced
    company. RESULTS: Facilitated better comprehension of complex company benefits for diverse employees.
    Reduced risk on regulatory non-compliance.

•   Played vital role in transition of the payroll processing for leaves of absence. Created SAP report to more effectively
    identify employees with potential pay problems. Developed processing guidelines included in job aids as part of a
    massive knowledge transfer during operational transition to an outsourced company. RESULTS: Significant reduction
    in volume of payroll overpayments and underpayments. Enabled outsourcing team to provide comprehensive answers
    and assistance to employees. Received two national awards for outstanding performance during the transition.

•   Conducted a six-month audit of a high profile company’s inefficient COBRA administration program. Analyzed
    massive database content as well as practices and pricing of 30 insurance industry vendors. Proposed a rigorous
    monthly self-audit of all databases. RESULTS: Generated $2 million in initial savings with projected five-year
    savings of $5 million. Received corporate-level award for achieving success above and beyond the call of duty.

•   Programmed a COBRA EAS database program to automatically generate required letters to COBRA participants.
    Conducted inaugural corporate-wide enrollment of COBRA benefits after historical use of a third party resource.
    Designed and initiated electronic forms used to notify vendors of new COBRA participants and of participant record
    changes. RESULTS: In-house operation and automation decreased notification time from three days to 15 minutes
    while reducing risk on regulatory non-compliance on a critical ongoing program.

•   Led employee security operations for a large defense organization. Supervised a staff of six. Managed complex
    scheduling of 7,000 personnel security interviews annually. Conducted training on multiple topics. Scheduled and
    coordinated employee physical exams and documentation for 15,000 personnel assignments. RESULTS: Ensured
    sufficient number of employees to fill highly sensitive and special assignments. Led staff to exceed on-the-job training
    goals.

•   Co-created a software application used to track information obtained during sensitive skills interviews. Utilized new
    program to produce monthly and annual reports highlighting essential recaps with graphs. RESULTS: Reduced time
    required to complete reports by 90%, facilitating timely decision making.
