EXPERIENCE
Kylie has over 30 years’ experience in the workforce particularly in health
prevention and management sector and, over the last few years, has undertaken
executive level roles within organisations. strategic thinker with significant
experience in organisational planning and setting direction, she has provided
operational leadership at both State and National level.
For the last few years, Kylie has held National Service Delivery roles for
international risk management consultancy firm, Greencap (a division of
Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety). Before joining Greencap, Kylie held the positions
of Manager H&S and Director Volunteer Support within the Queensland Fire and
Rescue Service (Rural Fire Service) and worked in the broader Department of
Emergency Services for nearly years. She delivers on solid working knowledge
and extensive experience in risk management including health, safety and injury
management having worked in both internal and external consultancy roles.
Kylie has worked with large number of companies both in the private and public
sector and her experience includes the development and implementation of systems
which boost organisational performance and accountability, due diligence workshop
delivery, introduction of behavioural based safety and cultural change programs,
development and implementation of health and safety plans and strategy, auditing
and gap analysis programs, system development, coaching and change management
for business leaders. She is an experienced and engaging trainer and workshop
facilitator and has delivered many training and development programs over her
career.

demonstrated experience in this area. Kylie’s problem solving capability is highly
