1. I have known Kyle Bowlin for well over a year while working at Club Fitness, Fairview
Heights, IL. Kyle is my general manager. Kyle Bowlin is one of the top general managers
in the company. He regularly hits his monthly sales goals, exceedingly passes his
customer service goals, and generates a multitude of connections with outside businesses.
2. Kyle’s professional demeanor is phenomenal. He keeps his head on a swivel and is
always aware of operations around the gym. His relationships with the staff are great.
Kyle’s gets his managerial tasks done in a timely and efficient manner. The clients at
Club Fitness praise Kyle every day and often refer friends in to come in and join the gym.
3. Kyle is self-motivated. He asks questions to his area manager on how to improve his
craft. He wants to improve every day, possibly become an area manager himself and
beyond.
