SUMMARY:
I am confident person with an outgoing personality and have a good standard of education and also
studied engineering at university while on a football scholarship at Manhattanville University. I am keen
to learn and achieve success and I am willing to undertake any training necessary to do well for the
organisation I work for. I am a hard working person, who is keen to meet new challenges. I currently
work for myself on a contracting basis, specialising in process pipeline and umbilical services. In my spare
time I play junior football and regularly train in the gym.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
2005/2009 Football Scholarship (Manhattanville College)
When leaving school I was awarded a full football scholarship to a top New York
university, Manhattanville College. I was awarded this based upon my footballing
ability and also my academic ability also. I studied engineering while at the
university, specialising in civil and structural engineering.
2009 BJ Services
I started my offshore career with BJ services, as a trainee leak testing technician,
learning to run a diesel driven N2 converter for nitrogen/leak detection work. As a
trainee I learned and became competent at reading PnID diagrams, used for
reading plant and in leak testing operations. I spent 18 months, working my way
through competency exercises with BJ, before deciding to go out and contract on a
day rate basis.
2011 - Present Self Employed Contracting (Kris Morrice LTD)
After leaving BJ Services I started working through agencies on a contracting basis,
thus gaining more experience worldwide and also in different disciplines aswell as
my specialist side of process

Within the process side of my job, my duties include, rig up and rig down duties,
reading and understanding P n ID diagrams, assembling and disassembling of
manifolds, running an N2 diesel driven nitrogen converter and operating a mass
spectrometer/phd 4.
Nitrogen is used for:
Nitrogen purging
Pressure testing
Electronic leak test records
Valve seat leakage
Trickle purges
Accelerated reactor cool-downs
I am also competent in helium leak detection which is a combined nitrogen purge
with helium added in order to detect leaks using a mass spectrometer.
I am a fully competent process supervisor with vast experience in all aspects of the
process and leak testing side of the industry.
Pipelines and Umbilical’s
I also work within the pipelines department. My duties include flooding, cleaning,
gauging, pigging, hydrostatic testing, dewatering and drying, flexible riser inspection
and barrier testing. I am fully competent in running an HT400 unit, jetting units, air
hydro pumps and chemical displacement tanks.
I am competent in calculations and relevant paper work for pipelines work.
Chemical Cleaning
I have experience in chemical cleaning at operator level. I am competent in the
assemble and running of cleaning spread including Pumping Units, Temporary
Hoses and Pipework, Heating Coils Exchangers, Circulating Tanks and
Analytical/Control Equipment.
Coiled Tubing
Due to my experience in nitrogen, I am utilised in coil tubing jobs. I have gained
valuable knowledge within the coil tubing area of the industry and can run the cab
to a basic level, I can fully partake in all other aspects of the job including, rig up
and rig down duties, and all pumping duties needed for any time of coiled tubing
job including gas lifts, milling and running in and out of hole
I am fully aware of the permit to work systems and safety aspect of the offshore
industry.
