This document discusses the trends driving the need for all-in-one payment platforms that can accelerate commerce globally. Key trends include the rapid growth of mobile and cross-border commerce, more businesses selling through marketplaces, and increasing credit card not present fraud. Data shows mobile transactions and eWallet usage are growing significantly. All-in-one platforms with built-in products and pre-integrations can optimize checkout and increase sales by 10-15% by facilitating frictionless payments across channels and borders. Future trends discussed include more B2B digital payments and businesses operating marketplaces.

PRESHOW
Hello everyone, welcome to today’s webinar. We’re still waiting for everyone to get logged in and we will begin just a few minutes past the hour.
WELCOME
Welcome to the What an All0in-one Platform Means for Commerce: Your Bottom Line. The payments and fraud landscape is changing quickly and being in front of the opportunities and risk is critical. This webinar is being recorded and we’ll be sending the presentation slides to all attendees.
We also ask that you submit any questions you may have – the GoToWebinar question box is found in the right-hand-side, just under the heading ‘questions’.
I’d like to introduce today’s panelists.
First we have:
Kimberly Rowell., Text
Next, we have:
Ben Cornett joined Kount in 2016 bringing two decades of experience in business development and marketing in the SaaS and financial services space. Over the last several years he has built strong partner marketing eco-systems that drive revenue growth and brand equity.
And my name is _________, your moderator for today’s presentation.
Thanks so much Melayna. I am excited to be here and talk about the importance of an All-in-one Platform.
So let’s start by talking about the market. The market is growing, and is really driving a need for the next generation of payment gateways/platforms.
I think it is no surprise to anyone that Global B2C ecommerce is growing rapidly and is expected to be $4T by 2020. But equaliy as interesting is B2B sales are actually larger than B2C with $6.7T. It isn’t growing as fast but these two combined with nearly $11T by 2020 is great opportunity for many businesses. Both of these are growing because of cross-border and mobile.
Speaking of mobile. WorldPay released tehir global payment report a few weeks ago and they are saying that by 2021, over 46% of sales will be made by eWallets. That will be larger than Credit cards.
eWallets help optimize checkout and with mobile growing and more and more people buying on their phones they are demanding that we offering these payment options.. We think it is important to be able to offer as many as your shoppers demand. So using a payment platform that has these wallets already built in is going to save you time and money.
ADD Cyber Monday Data – US only $2B…
POLL: Are you accepting mobile wallets today? Yes, No.

We are adding this functionality in 2018
I’m not sure
So because of all this growth in Mobile and Cross-border we think it is time for the next generation gateway. If we look back at where we have been. It is interesting to see the evolution. Back in 1995…connectivity only for cards. AUTH.net, PayPal
Then Stripe and Braintree came along and made it super friendly and easy with APIs for starts up to get a merchant account and start processing credit cards.
Now we are looking at need for a more sophsicated solution. The needs of businesses have evolved such that they need mutiple sales channels, the ability to handle cross border and of course mobile. This PayFac model will really help businesses accelerate commerce and take advantge of the growth in the market.
So this is why we developed the All-in-one Payment Platform. It allows a business to sell into multiple channels with a single integration.
Online & Mobile Checkout – ideal for B2C
Virtual Terminal – helps handle manual orders over the phone, lowers PCI compliance scope.
Marketplaces – many merchants are realizaing the value of bringing buyers and sellers together
Subscriptions – are bigger than ever especially for SAAS companies, but pyshical goods merchants as well. Fruit of the loom is going to offer a subscription service.
Invoices - Embed payment link in invoice so you can collect payment faster.
And the platform comes with 100s of partner and ISV integrations so you can start processing payments immediately with the integration you already have.
Speaking notes:
Some of our sample partnerships.
Shopping carts like Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce
Accounting like Quickbooks, Netsuite
Marketing & Sales tools like salesforce and hubspot
Shipping & Taxes
Seamless integration with Kount….turn over to Ben to discuss.
As technology providers we hear and talk about seamless integration all the time.
1. Instant On (Zero Hassle)Integration at the PSP level lets merchants avoid IT projects and enjoy immediate protection.
Value-added service increases merchant trust and loyalty.
Increased revenue to the PSP over the lifetime of the merchant.

Ben to add color here

Ben - This is a great diagram that captures the idea of the All-in-one solution. While every piece is important in it’s own why we come in to protect merchants against fraud so together we can enable them to open their sales funnel as wide as possible to boost sales. It’s all about accepting the most orders possible with the least amount of risk. Our mantra as you know is Boost Sales, Beat Fraud and BlueSnap’s building in of all of these products really helps merchants do just that very quickly.
Our seamless integration with BlueSnap allows merchants to benefit from both the processing power of BlueSnap and their data along with the transactional details as we collect several data points throughout the interaction with the consumer (good or bad actor) throughout the transaction with the merchant’s checkout page/process.
In real-time we contextualize the data using Kount’s AI and Machine Learning comprehensive technology to create a persona score and a boost safety rating, we then allow the PSP and/or merchant business policies (or rules) to make automated decisions to approve, decline, or review the transaction. While this high-level view is simplified, the end result is our ability to combine AI and Machine Learning along with business polices to decision the order in only 250ms.
One last but critical piece of the outcome is what we call Datamart’s Business Intelligence. Let’s say for example that as a merchant I have a couple thousand orders come through from devices or language settings in German or some other language., I can use that BI to immediately promote a more effective campaign and payments experience for those type of consumers. We believe that the reporting or outcome of our business intelligence should be fully transparent to the PSP and the merchant so the two can collaborate to increase order acceptance and Boost Sales. Again, adding to the value is the power of BlueSnap’s ability to increase conversions in cross board transactions. It’s really a win for the consumer, win for the merchant, and win for all of us in this strong collaboration model.
Example customers. SAAS companies, B2B, B2C and platforms.
Some of these customers are using our Enterprise level of Fraud from kount.…needed more sophicated solution…enterprise level which allowed them to customize the solution to meet their complex business.
BEN
CNP fraud losses are projected to soar 80% to a record $7.2 billion by 2020, up $3.2 billion from $4 billion in 2016. Mobile commerce is growing rapidly—projected to hit nearly $1 trillion next year 2 —and mobile transactions are up to 2X more likely to involve fraud.

Ben to chime in here. Add data points from market trends slides.
Mobile commerce is growing rapidly—projected to hit nearly $1 trillion next year
Mobile transactions are up to 2X more likely to involve fraud.
So I hope I have been able to communicate the benefits of an all-in-one solution and we’d love to opening it up to any questions.
