To Whom It May Concern,
Ms. Sleater worked under my direct supervision from August 2007 to September 2008. During that
time, she took on increasingly sophisticated regulatory-oriented and cost analysis-oriented auditing
tasks. The primary tools she used were Excel and Access.
Regulatory audits included antidumping, valuation, and classification. Ms. Sleater reported the audit
results to me and, where appropriate, worked with the Customs brokers to put measurable process
improvement plans in place. The valuation and classification audits were of particular importance as
they had direct financial implications for CNH.
Ms. Sleater’s organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills were quite important in her success in
her job here at CNH America LLC. She was reliable and consistent in her performance. I am pleased to
recommend Ms. Sleater as a job candidate.
Sincerely,
David W. Anderson
