At Coca-Cola Wes served as the Manager for the HR
Administrative Services and Operations team reporting
to the Chief People Officer and he was an invaluable
resource to the company. Our senior leaders and
cross-functional partners developed a high regard for
Wes based on outstanding contributions he made
toward managing several challenging change
management initiatives and operations projects as the
Administrative Operations SME. He exhibits a rare
combination of strong communication and
prioritization skills coupled with project management
discipline that has enabled him to establish trust and
inspire engagement critical to the success of deploying
customer centric initiatives. Wes also consistently
delivered complex content in a thorough and detailed
manner while concurrently balancing multiple projects
with ease and, most importantly, never sacrificing
quality.
Wes’ can do attitude helped him build solid
relationships across Coca-Cola and his sincere passion
for the customer enabled him to influence a diverse
group of stakeholders, from executive leadership to
