This document discusses the Danish Defence IT Management Agency (FKIT) and its use of tools from Mercury/HP to support project management, quality assurance, and other processes. It outlines FKIT's organizational structure and goals around interoperability. It also describes FKIT's rationale for using Mercury/HP tools for their proven workflow and document management and connectivity abilities. Challenges mentioned include working with the assumed Microsoft strategy, lack of skills, and integrating with SAP systems.
