2. Light
It falls from the clouds all the way down,
As pure and soft as an angel’s gown,
Shimmers and sparkles while it kisses
everything it touches,
We try to catch it but somehow it always
escapes our clutches
Limerick Poem
A cow and a snake and a goat,
Were once floating around in a boat,
The cow took a step and the boat shook,
The snake ate the mouse it had took,
And guess who was chewing on a coat
3. Determination
In life there are lessons,
Lessons in which we must find our own,
And lessons in which,
We have help finding,
Don’t be afraid to talk,
For there is always someone,
Who’s ready to listen
Limerick Poem
There once was a teacher a named Ed,
And no one understood what he said,
Everyone thought it was quite funny,
Even though he sounded like a dummy,
He thought to himself “these kids don’t understand
me; I might as well be dead!”
4. Ode to Nature
The sun keeps the sky bright all day,
When we wake up there on the ground you lay,
Smoothly hugging the landscape looking anything
but gray,
All around it stays light and untouched,
Gives me the fuzzy feeling that I love so much,
This is my ode to nature
From the birds flying to the deer prancing,
On a frozen lake it looks like it’s dancing,
Lands on highest of mountains,
Even lands in man-made fountains,
This is my ode to nature
Cover the plains on the nearest ranches,
Ends up so heavy it falls off of tree branches,
Mesmerizes people with its flight,
It is most beautiful when it appears late at
night,
This is my ode to nature
Limerick
Poem
As we sat under the warm sun,
We thought we should do something fun,
I looked at my friend straight in the face,
And said let’s have a race,
So we decided to run
