Among the organizations he’s worked with include: Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Deloitte, DePaul and the Tandem Family of Companies. Kevin's career spans a broad range of roles serving in both the private and not-for-profit sector. Additionally, throughout his career, he’s had the privilege of teaching as an adjunct instructor at Kent State University, Columbia College, the State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo and the Rochester Institute of Technology. Three years ago, Kevin established his own Consulting Firm called ROI Advisory Solutions. As the Firm’s Managing Director, he provides training, marketing and consultative services for numerous nonprofit organizations in Chicago and Upstate New York. His clients have included: The Museum of Science and Industry, Monroe Community College and The Anti-Cruelty Society. Last year Kevin completed his tenure serving on the Board of Directors for two non-profit organizations, located in Upstate New York, who serve the mentally ill: Compeer Rochester and DePaul Adult Care Communities. Last year Kevin was hired by The Tandem Family of Companies to launch their Marketing and Wellness Practice to promote business development, build brand awareness and increase client retention. In October he was promoted as their Director of Organizational Health Solutions. In 2016 Kevin joined the Board of Directors for ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement.) ISPI is the leading Chicago area association dedicated to improving workplace productivity and competence.
