Panelist Bios
Kimberly Wright-Violich, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Tideline Advisors (Moderator)
Kim is co-founder and managing partner of Tideline Advisors, a boutique impact investment consultancy.
Tideline’s mission is to grow the amount of capital invested in business solutions to the world’s critical social
and environmental challenges. Through Tideline, Kim is also the acting President and Principal Consultant for
Echidna Giving. Echidna Giving is funded by the a Silicon Valley executive who has committed to give $500
million away to charitable organizations in his lifetime, predominantly focused on girls’ education in the
developing world.
Kim is recognized as an influential voice in the industry. She helped direct an effort among national donor-
advised funds, which informed regulations defining and governing donor-advised funds, including the related
provisions of the Pension Protection Act. She is published and widely quoted, including in The Wall Street
Journal, BusinessWeek, CNBC, Investment News, Stanford Social Innovation Review and Trust and Estates
Magazine. Before founding Tideline, Kim was CEO of Schwab Charitable. She grew Schwab Charitable from a
start-up, to $3.5 billion in assets and $5 billion in contributions. Kim also teaches and lectures on impact
investing and strategic philanthropy at Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
Erin Billman, Principal at BluSkye
Erin is a Principal at Blu Skye, where she is currently focused on launching the CEO Council for Sustainable
Urbanization with the Paulson Institute. Other example engagements include: an energy company on
renewable energy growth strategies, a CPG company on sustainable product introduction, an aluminum
company on strategies to drive higher packaging recycling rates, the US battery industry on voluntary product
stewardship, and Walmart on various corporate sustainability strategies.
Prior to Blu Skye, Erin was a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company, where she worked with industry leaders
from retail, technology, healthcare, and gas & electric utilities. She recently co-authored “The Collaboration
Imperative” in Harvard Business Review and focuses on using core strategy consulting skills combined with
systems change theory to create breakthroughs.
Erin has a BS in Biology from Boston College where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She
received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Sustainable Business and the
Environment.
Champa Gujjanudu, Manager at PriceWaterhouseCooper’s Sustainability Business Solutions
As a Manager in PwC’s Sustainable Business Solutions (SBS) practice, Champa helps drive sustainability strategy
work in the Technology, Retail and Consumer sectors. Her experience includes supply chain transformation,
climate change and resource scarcity risk mitigation, corporate sustainability strategy, innovation, behavior
change, senior executive engagement, technology transformation, market assessment etc.
She has experience with industry leaders such as Walmart, Staples, Energizer, SC Johnson, NetApp, SAP, Visa,
Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Nokia, Clorox, Orange.
Prior to PwC, Champa worked at the boutique firm Blu Skye. Previously she was at BearingPoint (formerly
KPMG Consulting). Champa has an MBA from the Haas School of Business, Berkeley.

Gihani Fernando, Manager at Bridgespan
Gihani is a manager in Bridgespan's San Francisco office. Since joining the firm in 2006, Gihani has advised a
variety of clients to develop targeted business plans and strengthen their organizational capacity. While she
has experience serving clients in multiple sectors, the majority of her work has been in the areas of education
and youth development. Focused on these issues, she has worked with several youth-serving network
organizations, including Strive, Reading Partners, Gateway to College, MENTOR, and After-School All-Stars.
Gihani has also contributed to advancing Bridgespan’s capabilities around performance measurement and
funding strategy. She is a co-author of "High Stakes Donor Collaborations," an article published in the 10th
anniversary issue of Stanford Social Innovation Review.
Rebecca Yael Weissburg, Associate Director at FSG
Rebecca brings more than 10 years of experience in strategy, evaluation, and initiative design, with a particular
emphasis on enhancing the operations and impact of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs).
Since joining FSG, Rebecca has worked with nonprofits, foundations, and corporations to develop strategies
that address social and environmental challenges and evaluate their impact. She is an active member of the
firm’s global development and shared value practices. Representative clients include Gold Fields South Africa,
Winrock International, and Intuit. Rebecca’s most recent publication is a white paper on the future of INGOs.
Rebecca holds a Master’s in African Studies from St. Cross College at the University of Oxford, where she was a
Weidenfeld Scholar.
