Senior Programmer/Analyst. Develop applications using Power Builder 12.5,
Visual Studio C# and Microsoft T-SQL languages. Create stored procedures,
tables and triggers for use with the developed applications.
Database Administrator. Responsible for maintaining performance and
backups on production and developmental Microsoft SQL servers. Create

1996 - Senior Technician
McAleer Computer Associates, Inc. was a provider of accounting, school
cafeteria, and document imaging software and hardware to school systems
and city governments throughout the Southeastern United States.
As Senior Technician was responsible for installation and maintenance of
network systems installed in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Main responsibilities included design and assembly of servers, network
operating systems and related infrastructure. Performed remote support and
administration along with any on site repairs and upgrades. Was responsible
for ordering and stocking all computer equipment and software and the return
of defective material. Built in house custom computers for customers.
Installed, configured and maintained SCO Unix and Work Perfect for Unix on
all computers.
Self Employed - Mobile, Alabama - June 1993 to January 1994
Performed third-party maintenance for Motorola and Codex. Responsibilities
included installation and maintenance of mini and microcomputer systems for
Motorola and maintenance of communications systems for Codex. Also,

Motorola, Inc. – Mobile, Alabama - May 1991 to June 1993 – Senior Field
Service Engineer
Senior Field Engineer responsible for maintaining mini and micro-computer
systems, peripherals and software in the south Alabama, south Mississippi
and Florida panhandle area. Responsible for all logistics and administrative
duties including maintenance of parts inventory. Recommended stock levels
for all parts and placed orders to keep inventory at proper level. Conducted
customer training on all computer systems and software. Made technical
recommendations on computer hardware and related computer systems, as
well as software.
Motorola, Inc. - Austin, Texas - June 1986 to April 1991 - Senior Field Service
Engineer
Responsible for maintaining Sun Microsystem servers and workstations in all
of Motorola’s Austin, Texas semiconductor design facilities.
While in assigned to Austin, Texas major responsibilities were the
maintenance of Sun workstations and servers at the Motorola integrated
circuit design facility in Oakhill and support of Codex communication and
network equipment in central Texas.

to June1986 – Field Service Engineer
Field Service Engineer responsible for maintaining numerous micro and mini-
computer systems in the southeast Louisiana area. In addition to the
Honeywell Systems and peripherals maintained was also responsible for
equipment marketed by Zilog, Ultimate, Pertec, Printronix and others. Other
responsibilities included running a retail type service center where carry-in
repairs were done on NCR, Brother, Citizen, Star-Micronics, Apple, IBM and
other equipment manufactured by various vendors. Also was responsible for
logistics and administrative duties in the service center.
Tape City USA - New Orleans, Louisiana - September 1983 to January 1984 –
Assistant Manager
Retail sales of home and car stereo equipment as well as recorded music
albums. Assistant manager in charge of sales, personnel, merchandising,
pricing and equipment inventory.
United States Air Force – March 1979 to September 1983
Zweibrucken Air Base, Germany
Avionics Technician
Worked inside the component repair facility fixing analog navigation
computers, gyroscopic platforms and reconnaissance adapter in the Inertial
Navigation System from RF-4C aircraft. Responsible for maintaining mock-ups
and test benches for this equipment. Also assisted with LORAN-D systems,
TACAN systems and Radar navigation systems on an as needed basis.
Bergstrom Air Force Base Austin, Texas
Worked on the flight line trouble shooting RF-4C down to the avionics box
level. Sometimes requiring rewiring of aircraft. I was also was responsible for
on-the-job training and performance reports for new personnel out of
Technical School.
Shook & Fletcher Insulation Co. - Mobile, Alabama - July 1978 to March 1979
Worked in the Distribution Center. Responsibilities included stocking warehouse,
shipping, inventory control and other related duties.
