To Who It May Concern,
I would like to offer the following letter of recommendation for Kenny Ernst. To date, Kenny has
worked for me for approximately one and one-half years. In the time that we have worked together,
I have had the chance to watch Kenny work both with his team, and well as our customers.
Kenny has a strong technical background and is very knowledgeable about the parts built in our
department. He has excellent research skills and is capable of locating hard-to-find
information. We build after-market spares, so there can be years if not decades, between part
requirements. We are often in need of ME/PE support and Kenny is able to conduct his own
research and provide the support team with the information needed to provide a workable solution.
Kenny needs to be working in an organization that can benefit from his knowledge, thirst for
learning, and research skills. Working in an environment where his skills and knowledge are utilized
and he is challenged daily, will help him to continue to grow in other areas, such as leadership and
customer focus.
Due to his extensive relationships with support organizations, and his on-going continuing
education, I think Kenny will transition easily from an hourly position to a salary position. He
would do well in a position such as Manufacturing/Process Engineer, Quality Engineering/
Inspection, or in a Buyer or other sourcing role, where his technical expertise will add value to the
organization.
