Title : A Report of the Assessment of the Plan to
Develop the Student Aid and Supervision
System at Sikhoraphumpisai School under
the Provincial Administrative
Organization of Surin
Assessor: Mr. Saen Wanwong
Year : 2012
ABSTRACT
The purposes of the plan assessment were: 1) to
assess the circumstances before putting the plan into
action; 2) to assess the initial factors that had an
effect as a plan was executed; 3) to assess the
process of the procedure of the plan execution; 4) to
assess the product of the plan execution; 5) to assess
the reflection of the plan execution.
CIPP Model, invented by Daniel L. Stuffelbeam,
and reflective assessment were utilized to assessing.
The target group was 153 people consisting of the
personnel of Sikhoraphumpisai School in the
academic year 2010—28 teachers as advisers and 55
misconduct students--, and the related people in the
academic year 2010—15 officials from the Basic
Education Commission and the guardians of 55
misconduct students. The instruments applied to
assess were 8 estimated scale forms and two data-
record forms that together made 10 forms in total.
The data were analyzed by the index of concordance,
4. 5
alpha coefficient, the percentage, the mean, and the
standard deviation.
The results of the assessment were concluded as
follows:
1. For the circumstances
The state of executing the student aid and
supervision system at Sikhoraphumpisai School in the
academic year 2010 was at the high level. And one
thing needed to be improved was to bring about the
government policy of the Ministry of Interior about the
fight against drug, and related authority into action.
2. For the initial factors
The obvious objectives and distinct purposes of
the plan to develop the student aid and supervision
system at Sikhoraphumpisai School under the
Provincial Administrative Organization of Surin were
straight to the state of current problems. The
procedure used was possible and appropriate.
3. For the process
During the plan execution, the process of the
procedure was at the high level and all the 12 main
activities were at the high level. A home-visiting
activity was in the first place. The second place was an
art-music-sport-against-drug activity. A Buddhist-way
school activity was placed in the third.
4. For the product
The plan’s product helped produce good
relationship between teachers and students,
especially a home-visiting activity, and made students
understand themselves and be able to maintain self-
control.
5. For the reflection
The satisfaction of the misconduct students was
at the most satisfied level in a home-visiting activity,
5. 6
an art-music-sport-against-drug activity, and a
remedial-teaching activity.
After finishing the plan execution, 100% of the
misconduct students were lessened.
The satisfaction of the misconduct students’
guardians toward the plan execution was at the most
satisfied level.
