3. Pediatric Allergy Pulmonary Division: May 2012-April 2013
Student Clerk: Daily office tasks including faxing, copying and assembling informational packets for patients as well
as incoming residents; compiled a list of patient visits for the upcoming day, in order to retrieve charts for doctor’s
needs; following appointment, would organize doctors notes, and add to the patient’s chart. Also worked with the
Cystic Fibrosis center to input lab results, inpatient and outpatient hospital visits, as well as surgical encounters to
a national CF database.
