revenue producing accounts. Responsible for leading teams of subject matter experts to drive revenue across
lines of business with emphasis on PNC and KeyBank. Revenue of $7 million.
• Grew market share with KeyBank from about 15% to 95% within 6 months of taking over account and
have continued to maintain 95% market share since May of 2000. Grew total revenue from zero to
more than $5 million and was awarded 100% of their Account Management business (both consumer
and commercial) and approximately 85% of their marketing business. This is a fully penetrated
account with the exception of the Mortgage business.
• Developed key executive relationships across multiple lines of business including credit card, indirect
lending, home equity, consumer lending, small business, client insights, procurement, compliance, etc.
