Hello from Mr and Mrs White!
We’re back to reality after two weeks on planet honeymoon and we wanted to drop you a
note to say thank you so much to you, Gareth and all the other staff that worked so hard to
make our day so perfect. The organisation and event management was seamless and the food
was completely superb. We had so many comments along the lines of ‘best food I’ve had at a
wedding’ and they were completely right, it really was excellent. Throughout the whole
wedding planning experience, we were so impressed with the level of quality. The fact that
your food was amazing and that you made the effort to come to us to do the tasting (we had
to go to the others, often on a not very nice industrial estate) really sealed the deal as far as
we were concerned.

“Within 5 minutes of meeting Gareth and Kelly we knew Saffron would cater our wedding.
They really listened to what we wanted and came up with ideas to help shape our thoughts,
but it was a very relaxed and free-flowing conversation.
The food at our wedding was extremely important to us and what Gareth delivered was
outstanding in both taste and presentation. We received so many compliments from our
guests but one encapsulates them, my aunt said “the food was the best I’ve ever had at a
wedding”.
Kelly was superb both in the lead up to the wedding and the actual day. Every request was
met and she was reassuringly relaxed with us both. She even helped find us a band and a
photographer which was definitely above and beyond the call of duty!

4. Dear Kelly,
I just wanted to get in touch to say THE BIGGEST THANK YOU of all to you and your team for
making our wedding day the day it was.
From the day we met I knew we'd be working with you guys as we just clicked. And then the
tasting at our house was the most special experience (even as the business grows, never
change this - it's so unique!) with the most delicious food.
In the lead up to the day, Kelly you were such a pleasure to work with - you have such a can-
do, solution based approach which is so critical in this line of work (but is a quality missing in
many people) and you were so responsive to all our questions and my many emails. As I've
worked and organised large scale events, I may have been a slightly difficult and on-it client
but you delivered on the day perfectly. It was the most perfect wedding day for us and one
epic party. You may have noticed our mates can party in style!!
I am so pleased we choose Grove House (it's the most gorgeous venue in London in my
opinion) but it wouldn't have been what it was without you and your team. Gareth thanks for
the most delicious food (I hear the veggie/vegan option was a real hit too) and Kelly just thank
you for being you.
We hope Saffron continues to grow and thrive - you deserve every success.
I'd love to speak on the phone sometime Kelly when you have a chance, but enjoy wedding
