great surprise thatI didnothave to liftone fingerall night.
It was worthit to have the extraserver(Cathy) withDebbie.Itwasa nice touchhavingthe ladiestake
our guestscoatsand actually make and serve all the drinksontopof servingall the food.Theytook
great care of all the guestsand I wasable to spendmytime attendingtothe party andhavingfun.I will

And the foodwasperfect!Itpleasedme tremendouslythatyouwere enjoyingthe planningand
organizingforthiseventasmuch as I was.Your passionforfoodisveryinspiring!Youwere focusedand
didnot missa beatall night.Feeding22 people forasitdownmeal isnot an easytask and youmade it
looklike child’splay.Andourguestsdidagoodjob of not interruptingyou….theywereverybusy
catchingup witheachother.The ratatouille/caponatawithfoie graswasmyfavourite…nexttothe
cookedforeverribs….Icouldhave eatenall of those!We have neverhadanythinglikethatbefore andit
