“Hiring Simply Elegant for our November wedding was the best decision I ever made. From our
initial meeting with Ashley, we knew that Simply Elegant would be a great fit for us. These girls
are all about saving YOU money and we saved enough using their preferred vendors to offset the
cost of hiring them! We worked with Cait who was seriously amazing, and went above and
beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We bought the "Day of Plus Package" which including
5 extra hours and was the perfect package for us. I cannot overstate how helpful Cait was to us,
since she was there we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. It was the most
stress free wedding day ever! She took care of all the behind the scenes details to ensure our
reception flowed according to plan. She worked with our wedding coordinator at our reception
venue to ensure our venue was decorated perfectly, and it was more beautiful than we could
have imagined. She worked with us a couple weeks before the wedding to create a detailed
timeline, and helped us plan out little details we never would have thought of. She called all of
our vendors the week of the wedding to confirm details, which took so much stress away from
me the week of the wedding. She was present at our rehearsal, taking notes and handling any
questions our families and friends had. She remained calm through the whole process, even as
we added more and more responsibility to her plate. We saved a ton of money using their
preferred vendors, and she even saved us money by offering to return our rental items to
Festivities the next day so we could avoid a fee. My heart swells with gratitude when I think of

Elegant!!! Our reception took place in our backyard, so in the initial stages of wedding planning,
I thought we would have plenty of time and help doing everything ourselves, but I quickly

amazing and helped me plan from beginning to end! When the day finally came, Cait and Nadia

needed to be made. Then we signed on with Simply Elegant and things started to move along.
We chose the "Day Of" package. With unlimited email and phone contact we were able to
get advice on a variety of topics from budgeting to ceremony ideas. We used several of the
preferred vendors. We had 2 meetings with Cait. She was good at coming up with a minute by
minute schedule and was great at details. We had problems with getting timely responses from
the planner at our venue so Cait stepped in and got things done. The best part was having Cait

plans on the day of the event and just let us fully enjoy our wedding and celebration. Our
planner was such a rock star. She did a really great job running the show, and when she got on-
site on the wedding day, I knew things were in good hands. She was totally on the ball the
whole day and she handled every detail with aplomb. I felt entirely supported by their whole
team. As icing on the cake, SEBC's business model and fee structure is brilliant. With the
discounts we received from preferred (and fantastic) vendors, I really feel like we made up the
difference in what it cost to hire SEBC as our day-of coordinator. That said, even if we had had
no discounts at all, SEBC as a whole offered a value above and beyond the fee, so all in all, it
really felt like an amazing deal working with them. I would recommend SEBC to any future

“If you are looking for a wedding coordinator to help support and guide you through the process
of wedding planning, SEBC is for you! My husband and I had no idea where to even begin with it
all, and decided that hiring a professional to walk us through everything would be beneficial in
more than one way. We were paired up with Cait who ended up exceeding our expectations,
and was SUCH a big help! She helped us during every part of planning, and brought so many
things to our attention that we wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Before our first meet and
greet, she was wonderful with answering any questions that came up. Once we actually met, she
helped with bringing all of our planning together, and we finally saw our big day becoming a
reality! On our actual wedding day, she was our go-to girl! She was in charge of music during our
ceremony, made sure picture taking went smoothly, helped set up our reception space, made
sure we stayed on track with our timeline, directed guests to where they needed to be, and SO
much more! It was a huge stress reliever to have her around. We felt like we could really enjoy
the day/night with our guests. We basically left her in charge of everything! And thank goodness
we did, because the ceremony and reception were amazing! Everything went as flawlessly as we
could have imagined, and we couldn't have been happier. I would absolutely recommend SEBC
to anyone on a budget who needs a little (or a lot) of help, and a nudge in the right direction.
