Such men turned the wheels of time to leave an indelible impact on
world order renewing the cultural outlook of modern society every time. We may call such
men as part of the “big leap” clan. Attentive study of such people’s lives, ideologies,
motivations and relentlessness with which they added purpose to human lives provide very
interesting and thought provoking insights.
Famous writer James Allen in his book “As a Man Thinketh’’; profoundly presents a study of
thoughts shaping character of people that results in success, mediocrity or misery. Various
studies reveal the human thought process manifests in the ability to read and relate with
situations thereby harnessing extraordinary power of observation. It is this distinguishing
factor that helps in sizing up invisible but strong need, big but beyond-the-obvious void or
some underlying phenomenon that deserves unraveling.
Progressive minds (“big leap” clan) with their relentless approach in shaping modern

erudition, should play a key role in developing thought leaders who can perhaps be
incumbents of the “big leap” clan. Nevertheless, the quality of transformation in human
lives or the order of change with its scope and impact has to be truly unprecedented in
shaping human lives. Truly so because history showcases that most of the observations that
transformed human lives are harnessed and attained glory while sitting under a tree, or in a
bath tub, a garage or at farmlands and so on. As a part of the human society, I wish to see
our temples of erudition that are equipped with latest tools of learning and thought
application produce “big leap” beings of an extraordinary kind.

3. Such men as the new league of “big leap” clan may have an eye sharper than a scanner in
making strong observations, brain with a high end processing and giga byte memory to
determine potential need followed by a resolve and rectitude that is stronger than the most
powerful man of the world today.
It is though quiet an ambition in itself but could be realized if the human force lays its focus
on harnessing the power of observation to successfully transforming human lives. It has
never been easy anytime to question the order of living and consequently lead the
transformation of human lives. Perhaps with the gained wisdom and as part of progressive
society, I can at least attempt to question us …how long will it take the civilized society of
the real world today to become the world of matrix?
