• Assists Account Officers in soliciting and establishing a working network of
prospective clients through solicitation letters, company proposals, trade fair/exhibit
visitation and vendor/dealer/client referrals.
• Prepares/requests/gathers pertinent information such Credit Investigation,
Appraisal, Total Assets, Gross Revenue, and other trade / credit checking, as
required in marketing of new accounts for credit evaluation and in the management
of existing accounts.
• Maintains periodic individual and consolidated reports on the portfolio profile,
movement and other specific reportorial requirement vital for the planning and
policy formulation of senior management.
• Handles/Processes/Evaluates the leasing/loan requirements, documents and
contracts of various Local and Multinational corporate clients who are leaders in
their industries.
• Prepares financial spreadsheets of all accounts to verify and to analyze current
financial status.
• Coordinates with Insurance Brokers for insurance procurement of all new & existing
accounts.
• Coordinates with and request from Loans and Operations Department payment for
the proceeds of loans.
• Coordinates/Transmits lease documents to Legal Department that requires
clarification especially on legal documents for proper implementation.
• Prepares implementing memos / instruction sheets for setting up client’s lease line
facility.
• Coordinates with Marketing Department, bank branches and its subsidiaries for the
requirements of the existing and prospective clients.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
by three (3) Account Officers.
MAY’10 – MAR’13 AVAILMENT SPECIALIST, BPI LEASING CORPORATION
Responsible for handling the pre-booking requirements after the account officer has
solicited leasing accounts. Pre-booking requirements includes, among others,
completion of documentary requirements, verification of insurance coverage with
insurance broker/companies, confirmation of deliveries with suppliers, booking of
accounts in ALAS (Automated Lease Accounting System) and requisition of payment
to suppliers.
JUL’09 – MAY’10 DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST, BPI LEASING CORPORATION
Responsible for the preparation of lease and related documents to ensure proper
documentation of new lease transactions. Collates and transmits client’s envelopes
containing lease and related documents to SAU for safekeeping. Acts as a back-up of
Availment Staff to ensure continuous flow of the processing of transaction during
absences.
APR’08-JUL’09 COLLECTION SPECIALIST, BPI LEASING CORPORATION
Responsible in servicing all Collections and Post-booking related requests of clients.
Also handles payment monitoring, ensuring that past due levels are maintained at an
acceptable level.

Built up the database for banks’ Real and Other Properties Owned and Acquired
Assets (ROPOAs). Built up subsidiary ledgers of borrowers of rural banks. Verified
PDIC payments of BSP claims against closed banks from accounting records and
prepared the necessary report. Summarized booking tickets covering payments
made by borrowers whose accounts were restructured under the provisions of MBR
1366. Assisted in the maintenance of records and other documents.
