In project stage, involved on the very beginning phase of establishing new plant
which extends from civil and mechanical-electrical works,equipment purchase &
installation until gas commissioning start-up. During operation stage, incharged on
all day to day procurement activities including capital expenditure and operational
expenditure

Remain on project stage and be prepared for start-up and commissioning which is
scheduled on 1 June 2016.

In the course of time, Sidoarjo (Existing) and Jambi (Extension) eventually decided
to execute management restructuring option by share-swap that implies separated
business entity between two projects, occured in Oct 2014. In the hard times when
there was no funding capacitiy to continue the extension Jambi project, I dedicated
myself to serve the company in searching new potential investor and after many
times of rises and falls finally we enter into Equity and Mezzanine Loan agreements
with foreign company from Malaysia, named Serba Dinamik International
Limited/SDIL that is interested to have direct investment in energy sector as Kubic
Gasco’s majorshareholder, signed on April 2015.
Exposure on this investor relation, are as follows:
Contribute and make a major part role in construing Information
Memorandum as strategic material to overview the project condition
and prospective & potential business measured with reliable capital
budgeting tools as such, IRR, NPV and Payback period.
Draft EPC documents agreements between PT Kubic Gasco and SDIL
that is used for Mezzanine Loan scheme application to Malaysian
Bank.
Due Dilligence on legal standing and financial position which ensured
the investor to continue and complete the project until ready for
operation.
Incharge on Project Management which extends from liaising with
contractors and administrative procurement document as such
timeline, budget expenditures, day to day activities and etc which
compiled as management report for shareholder decision
Additional Exposure, acting as Corporate Secretary
- Intensive coordination with Notary, for shareholder meeting event at any occasion
extends from normal condition, company restructuring that implies separated entity
between Sidoarjo and Jambi project and up to company divestment to SDIL
- To perform Minute of Meeting for Management’s meeting, that requires capabilities
to interpret management insight and strategy into operational work and step-by
step things to do list.
Additional Exposure, acting as Legal Contract Officer & Procurement Support
The Company has sister company named “PT Ladang Nusa Gas” which has awarded
and entered into Grant Agreement with Government of the United States of America
(USA) signed on Sept 2014, acting through the US Trade and Development Agency
(USTDA) in the scheme of partial funding on cost of goods and services required for a
feasibility study on the proposed LNG Terminal, located at Gresik, East Java. The
contractor for this feasibility study is performed by Black & Veatch International
Company (BVIC). The job extends from verifying legal documents of PT Ladang Nusa
Gas and making business corespondence with LNG’s equipment company around the
world.
