Compressors, Twin Lobe Compressors, Root Blowers, Acoustic Hood, Positive 
displacement Blowers, Air Compressors, Oil free compressors etc. 
 Presently working as the Executive Secretary to the Managing Director of 
Duratuf Glass Industries (P) Ltd., 25, Paschim Vihar Extension, Opp. 
Ordnance Depot, Rohtak Road, New Delhi-110063 from May 2010. The 
company has four manufacturing units, one in Haryana, two in Delhi and one 
in Bangalore. The company deals with glass and glazing products to the 
automotives, security, bulletproof cars and architectural buildings both in 
India and abroad under the brand name of DURATUF and DURASAFE 
[www.duratufglass.com]. 
JOB PROFILE AS AN EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO MD 
 Providing all secretarial assistance to the Managing Director of the Company 
up to his entire satisfaction. 
 Maintaining of engagement diary and timely submission of necessary papers 
for meetings, interviews, etc. to the Managing Director of the Company. 
 To channelise the telephone calls, conduct the visitors, Press for fixing 
appointment for meetings/discussion with the Managing Director of the 
Company. 
 To act as Confidential Private Secretary - maintaining confidential and 
classified records/files, requiring extensive knowledge of the rules and 
regulations. 
 To convene/arrange meetings, prepare agenda items and to take down 
minutes and finalise them. 
 Shouldering the responsibility of handling correspondence of diverse nature 
independently. 
 To arrange travel plans of the Managing Director of the Company.

 Overall control of time office, total administrative control 
(Salary, Wages, PF, ESI, Bonus and Gratuity).
