Ensured customer circuits were installed and transmitting, while placing orders for upgrades and speed changes.

Supervise the design, management and accuracy of circuit designs to customer specific specifications, which required
a team effort with various departments. Coordinated the installation of circuits between our outside plant engineer and

Draft legislation that becomes law. Negotiate with businesses, lobbyist, state departments, governor, senators, and
state representatives in an effort to create opportunities for constituents in relation to jobs and resolutions of problems
within state government. Hold quarterly community meetings and biennial small business conference called “Bringing
Government and Businesses Together”. This district is comprised of eight (8) city wards with a total of twenty (25)
elected officials which requires cooperative team work with the mayor, alderman, and committee persons. Investigate
and formulate reports relative to the function and operation of agencies responsible for the oversight of the public; i.e.
Child Abuse & Neglect, and Premature Birth & Infant Mortality. Plan and implement economic development and
growth projects.
