supports a large earthmovingplant hire fleet servicing the civil engineering andearthmoving industries in DRC.
The miningoperations specialize inopen cast mining andare industryleaders inhard rockmining, environmental mining andp lanning, bulk
earthworks and groundrehabilitation inKatanga. Part of the Groups'commitment is to provide drilling andblasting expertise (BME)andto
introduce explosive technology partners and innovative methods andproducts to support the miningandearthmovingindustry. Project
Management is a divisionequippedwith experiencedqualified professionals providing customers with service excellence.
The companyis drivenbyan experienced, qualified andtalented team who leada large partner’s database complement to ensure that theydeliver
service andsupport excellence.
CTS SPRL is the foremost hire companyin the heavyearthmovingfield. The Companyhas a distinct culture andcanbe measured byits
commitment to service excellence. CTS SPRL has a large complement of heavyearthmovingequipment and focuses on providingcustomers witha
maintenance andservice team onsite.
Customers are ensuredservice andsupport excellence frombranches instrategic areasinour country. Apart from our HeadOffice in Lubumbashi,
we have established one branch in Likasi. CTS SPRL has shownits determinationandcommitment to supplyhiredplant ofthe HIGHEST standard,
from partners, to their customers ineverycorner ofthe Katanga Province. Coupled to the standard of their excellent plant comes their motto

CTS SPRL does not yet enjoya strongmarket position. We expect to see stronggrowthin the future andwe planningto developit. The aimis to
create growth in the area of mining andcivil works byexpanding offers all over the DRC. CTS SPRL currentlyhas direct contact to customers
through its ownsales departments, team and collaborationprograms.

It is envisaged that the establishment of the CTS SPRL, will make a noticeable contribution to the profitabilityof the Companyin the comingyears.
Although the Training Department will addressallthe training needs ofCTS SPRL, the mainfocus willbe on the development of professional
operators to significantlyincrease the utilizationof our asset base and reduce our operating costs. The program is structuredaroundthe key
principles of asset productivity, machine care and safety.
Further developments at the Training Department are:
An effective informationsystemto document andprovide proof oftraining for legalpurposes
An integratedsupervisoryandmanagement development program that willcontribute to the productivitygoals as mentioned.
An established feedback system to enhance organizationallearning.
