1. First Midwest Bank’s LEAD program
offers an opportunity to experience the
challenges of a rewarding career in banking
through rotational assignments within
our organization. Working in multiple
departments, you’ll broaden your knowledge
of our culture, better understand how the organization works, and ultimately
develop and prepare for a successful career as one of our future leaders.
From the moment you become a First Midwest colleague, you will be a vital
member of our team. During your 18-24 month commitment in the LEAD
program, you will be introduced to First Midwest’s products, services and
processes, while simultaneously making valuable contributions in preparation
for a career opportunity in a specific track. Upon successful completion of the
program, your potential placement could include a variety of professional roles
in analytical, sales, and client services areas.
