Job profile: processis about facilitating One of the Largest Broker dealer customers in easy movement of
assets from/ to the Broker where assets are held, fixing the breaks & addressing branch queries. Transfer
includes assets like cash/mutual funds and all other asset classes.

2. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Review the transfer form, verify the accurateness of the request and update in system if
everything is in good order.
2. If additional information required for processing, emailing the respective branch/ FA and
notifying the same.
3. Responding to the branch queries which are raised by customer support team/CSA’s through
service portals.
4. Calling the contra firms to obtain the status of the transfer request and updating comments in
tracking table for transparency.
5. For all the ACATS fails, validating the information and submitting request to concerned teams
for setting up the cusip in system within the stipulated time.
6. With there is a trade rejects on the mutual funds, performing adequate research to fix the
discrepancy.
7. Validating the claim request received from other contra firms, updating research notes and
notifying onshore team to take necessary actions.
