Amal independently handled the PMO operations for a large multinational Telecom firm, for the
implementation of an automated tool for Revenue Assurance and Fraud Mitigation.
This was an on-site engagement at an international location, spanning over 6 months involving:
Management of stakeholders, including the executive committee and vendors to ensure
timely completion of project within the agreed scope and budgeted costs
Risk identification and mitigation and effective resolution of issues and conflicts to
ensure project progress
Clear and consistent documentation and adherence to reporting and escalation standards
set by the Program office
Amal was in charge of the process designing and PMO operation for the auction departments of
two large Indian NBFCs. The engagements involved:
Reviewing processes followed by the NBFC for their auction related processes
Designing and clearly documenting detailed processes with supporting process flows and
stakeholder mapping
Monitoring operations of NBFC’s auction center to optimize revenue generation and
minimize revenue loss
Close interactions with senior management and stakeholders to ensure process compliance
Amal has lead the process definition and implementation PMO for India’s leading media house.
The engagement involved:
Designing detailed process flow and reporting structure for a large media house’s game
show
Reviewing the roll-out and implementation of the defined processes to highlight any
deviation and risk identified
Coordinating with multiple vendors to ensure timely completion of the critical activities
Amal was engaged for business process review for a leading newspaper and periodicals company
in India. The engagement involved:
Conducting discussions with area heads and team leads to understand existing process
Identification of weaknesses, risks and potential for improvement in the existing
