 Mental Health is the result of:
 Emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
 Mental Health is a growing stigma around the world.
 Increased number of athletes/celebrities revealing their
struggles.
 Accounts for 7.4% of the global burden of disease.
 Leading cause of disability worldwide.

• Schools, work, home, and outside places are all prone areas to develop poor mental
health.
• People may deal with mental health and you will not know.
• Celebrities and athletes are all victims of mental health.
• Speak out to help others and yourself, it can help save lives!
