OBJECTIVE I consider myself an active employee who is willing to work hard and help
others. My best potential is to learn quickly adding to any prior knowledge that
I have accumulated over the years and apply it to my every day activities. I’m
Bilingual (English-Spanish) also consider a leader, who grasps complex
business environments and serves as the driving force in delivering innovative
solutions based on both technical and business in special collaborate here in
UCR. Clearly establishes project, goals and objectives deals with effectively
with organizational climate.
EXPERIENCE Over the past several years, I have worked on more than 300’s events and
conferences that have strengthened my strong points, but at the same time,
allowing me to further enhance my skills in areas that I was not as strong in.
One of my best events that I personally have experienced was in 2006 meeting
and assisting with the former president of Ireland (human rights conference).
Working with our former Dean Jack Azaretto and former Chancellor Francis
Cordova and Timothy White and our current Chancellor Kim A Wilcox. Other
important events that I work very well with IEP (international Education
Program) for many countries involved in education here at UCR. These events
bring in large crowds and highly publicized speakers.
WORK
HISTORY
UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA RIVERSIDE UCR
March 2004 - Current
Instructional Support and multimedia manager: UCR Extension Center. Education
Technology Dept. of Student Services.
Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, supporting and implementing projects across
areas of multimedia technologies, video conferencing, classroom technology standards,
helpdesk practices, accessibility compliance, and training in support of the University
Member of the distance learning technology committee UCR. Distance education, audio/visual
hardware/software and more. Assist instructors, staff, clients, and students in person, by phone,
and via email or teleconferencing.

Meet deadlines and goals, troubleshoot all audio/video equipment (AMX, Creston, Extron LCD
projectors, amplifiers system and configurations.),
Install, setup, configure, and maintain software programs related to the responsibilities of the
job. (Ex: Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus, VISIO 2013, etc.) In computers. PC and Mac, satellite down
linking, online classes by Horizon, elluminate, and Adobe Connect and web support, and UCR
Moodle etc.	Work with instructors and staff to design and support distance learning courses.
Develop instructional materials -- print, online, CD, face to face. Develop course standards and
review all online courses. Create online documentation and screen casts. Help move 210
courses from Blackboard to Moodle Record keeping, general office procedures, and excellent
customer service are a part of my daily activities.
Other Duties :
 Develop a strategic plan for addressing multimedia technologies across the
campus.
 Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff and student workers in support of multimedia
services.
 Plan, recommend, and implement enterprise systems in support of multimedia
technology access, policies, use, and training.
 Create and manage area resources and schedules as well as training for faculty
and staff in the use of multimedia technologies.
 Ensure project deliverables are timely, within budget, and exceeds customer
expectations.
 Maintain fluency and understanding of multimedia system products and connected
applications including functionality, capability, security, and best practices.
 Interface and communicate with customers as needed and assist in developing
customer-centric and service-oriented culture.
 Coordinate, plan, and manage vendor installations and services.
 Research and maintain current knowledge of relevant multimedia technologies.
 Create relevant documentations to track inventory.
 Plan and manage daily operations of classrooms, labs, and conference rooms.
 Provide project coordination, management and serve as main point of contact for
classroom assistance and serve as multimedia helpdesk support.

activities to ensure that project milestone dates and overall schedule completion date are met.
Ensure a clear understanding of all aspects of assigned projects and communicates effectively
to project team regarding: drawings, specifications, schedules, material and supply budgets,
subcontractor coordination, and client-driven rules and regulations. Conduct and/or attend pre-
construction, progress and other project and staff meetings. Maintain daily paperwork such as
timesheets, field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence. Manage the punch list

Leading the entire security of the passenger ship with 4, 500 people on board (3,500 guests and
1,000 crewmembers) and developing and directing the organizational security program.
Directing law enforcement & peace keeping functionalities with the help of Assistant Chief
Security Officers, Security Officers and Security Guards. Implementing onboard global security
policy, guidelines & procedures and coordinating with the vendors for safeguarding company's
assets and intellectual property by applying optimum manpower & equipment. Linking with local,
state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies (Police, US FBI, US
Customs, US Coast guards, etc.). Maintaining physical safety & security of employees and
visitors involving asset & workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video
surveillance, etc. Investigating security breaches, thefts / embezzlement, threats, fights, deaths
and illegal acts & other on-board crimes and ensuring compliance with requisite disciplinary &
legal matters. Protective crime scene, preparing and submitting incident & security reports to the
