Introduction
To this report we choose a product which will be disarmed to view all the materials
that compose it, separating each material and then join it and see what make up
this in order to make a BOM (Bill of materials) this is relevant to know how this
developed a product, apart from that we will have to describe certain specifications
and features that have this product in our case was the development of a measure,
by means of different lists separate features that the product contains such as
weights, sizes, or description of the material with the purpose to distinguish when a
product is fragile or care should have at the time To elaborate it or if any material
can present a risk to the worker at the time of preparing it, or if you need to beef
certain characteristics of care l time of having it stored or when it is taken to our
client, since what matters most in a process is the quality of the product, here we
can realize how to take care of our product or materials according to the features
that it contains.
To learn more about the product is made a little sketch about how would be
distributed a plant for the development of the measure, we will see how we decided
to distributor, the areas of work according to how a compass, the distribution of the
plant was, and it also took into account the distances on each assigned area as to
be developing the product the distance would be a problem as we would be away
many areas so we do the distribution with form that does not have any problem in
carrying material or work and even at the time in which the material is received.
Also in this report will be some types of transport which were chosen to see l
easiest way to be able to transport our materials to the assigned areas, it is very
important to know the types of transportation since we cannot use one for all
because some materials are sensitive or need other care to be transported so that
you can develop the product, to be able to choose a type of transport we must
know well the materials of our product and that distances are not there problem, in
this report we chose the types of horizontal and vertical transport according to the
different types of materials and features that have the materials of the measure, as
well As in the distribution of the areas in our plant

Type of transporattion
Vertical Transportation
vertical transportation was chosen because when we get the material as it comes
in at least a large amount for us we made it easy and simple to choose this type of
transport, for by means of a forklift can move easy materials, this when we get all
the raw material from there we can move it by means of a forklift toward the
inventory because it is easy to manipulate matter that reaches a fork-it will be
easier to be transferred, and if necessary leave it in places where the same human
being could not raise it without help, some of the reasons why they chose this type
of transport are:
1. A surface that will serve as a support for the general structure and must be
very resistant and horizontal, at this point we will facilitate the decision of our
material as a forklift can withstand heavy weights.
2. It is a type of transport we can easily manipulate to carry faster our material
toward the inventory and transportation is not a difficult to use but if you
need to train the person who will use this to prevent something bad
happens, such as the care that must have when carrying the material
toward the inventory or when mounted on the forklift to be able to be
moved..
3. For the election of the vertical transport we take into account that we have a
variety at the time of our product and therefore we will have great amount of
different materials, then this type of transport will help us to be able to carry
different types of our material to different seasons or in the most important
case at the time of the receipt of material, will allow us to move it riding the
seals and take them to their destination, on a forklift does not necessarily
require a lot of weight if you provide us with a way to carry out the wide
variety of product we have
External transportation
In the process of the development of the compass is a type of movement of
material that is external transport at this point we use some means to move our
material already completed or even when it arrives.
When our product has already completed its process is packaged in its packaging
and because this is again stored in boxes so they can get to the client and for that
our product is well protected when the product is well packaged here will be used
forklift to carry the goods, the completed boxes are stacked on pallets and then
with the forklifts are taken with all and laminated flooring and upload it to the
means of transport which will distribute it to its destination.

Additional Information
Horizontal transport
This management must ensure that the parties move periodically from one
place to another. Each operation of the process requires materials and supplies
in time at one point in particular; the effective material handling ensures that
materials will be delivered in time and place, as well as, the right amount.
Taking into account the facilitation that this gives us which serve to transport all
kinds of objects with simplicity, which saves time and effort to the workers.
Aspects of the transfer of materials which are considered:
• Range: Materials (pieces) E1, E2, F1 and H1 are handled in large
quantities and variety which they move through bins to the corresponding
areas, which do not make the mistake of moving parts to the area not
corresponding.
• Chemical and physical characteristics: The characteristics of the
pieces are different (some if they are similar), which their properties make
them vulnerable to some special features which can be heat and
temperature changes.
• Sequence of operations and components: Is controlling the different
components by using the inventory and rack.
Features
• The displacement is efficient.
• In time, is at hand, and at the time required.
• Ability to move quantities of volume and number of the product.

Conclusion
Damaris Azucena Gutiérrez Martínez
For a manufacturing process is of great importance to know what type of transport
is used to move the material within the plant, because we cannot use the same
type of transport for the different types of materials that we have in our process as
there will be materials that are fragile, others that are very light, even heavy, and
we cannot use the same type of transport for everyone, so it is important to know
what are our materials in the process and knowing how to choose above all how
we're going to want to move the materials, to do this we must understand the types
of transport that exist and find one that fits our materials so that we can move as it
should be Without causing any type of accident or that danemos to the material,
since we will know the characteristics of our material and be able to adapt it to a
transport and above all opened as is distributed our plant to be able to transport
our equipment we have to take into account if the transfer is at great distances or
short distances, it is important to know the different types of transport to be able to
move our material to the places assigned to them.
It is also important to know the movements at the time of moving a material such
as work, material handling, internal transport and external transport these types of
movements are important because through them we will be moving our materials
within the plant by choosing a suitable transport even when our material is
completed and it is led to shipping or any other means by which is going to be
delivered to the customer.
Samuel Arturo Arballo Velarde
We can conclude that this work gave us a broader picture of the behavior of the
distribution of material throughout the process in this case of the object that we
chose which we realized that important processes such as they are molding some
of their pieces so that later they could be assembled for their total manufacture, but
at the moment of the creation of this material we could understand how important
is the distribution of the plant for the arrangement of the stations in order to speed
up each one of them. the processes and have an automated and continuous
system of it, we could also understand the types of movements used for our
product, which in this case would be both work and handling, and its vertical
transportation for a better use of all areas and its packaging by the type of product
would be non-recoverable as it is cardboard boxes that could be put together Until
we reach a platform, to finally understand this, we have opened up a broad
panorama of how the raw material is handled for distribution.

López Aviles Ana Guadalupe
It is important to know what is the appropriate way to transport our material to carry
out a manufacturing process, since in this way we can be sure that our material will
arrive in a good state, as well as we can obtain better cost reduction, as soon as
choosing a type of material more economical and safe.
The handling of materials is the movement, protection, storage and control of
materials and products during manufacturing, storage, distribution, consumption
and disposal. As a process, material handling incorporates a wide range of
equipment and manual, semi-automated and automated systems that support
logistics and make the supply chain work.
The system and material handling processes of a company are implemented to
improve customer service, reduce inventory, shorten delivery time and reduce
overall handling costs in manufacturing, distribution and transportation.
Arvizu Partida Julia Isabel
In the industrial enterprises of any spin they have their different methods of
movements of materials, but the type of transport decides product produced.
Which the material defines the type of transport or movement, thus leading to be of
importance to determine what type of transportation is suitable for the variety and
quantity of materials as well as their physical and chemical properties to obtain the
position of provide agility or efficiency in the respective areas to relocate. It is
important to define what type of transport is suitable for each type of material as
well as how easy and efficient it is to use it, that is, to use different types of
transport to facilitate the transfer of large and small quantities of material. The
external transport has its importance because the type of transport has benefits for
the company that is engaged in transportation for the sale of finished products,
which involves packaging. The participation of the packaging is of importance for
the protection of the same way aesthetically towards the product that is in the way
of delivery. There is also a variety of packaging; its use is depending on the
product that is made, so the use of boxes is more economically common. Both
transport and packaging systems have a great influence on the product that is
finished or that is in process, that is, the transports are in charge of supplying the
materials for the elaboration of the final product and the packaging is in charge of
protecting the final product by means of which this is on the way to delivery.

Also in this report will be some types of transport which were chosen to see l easiest way to be able to transport our materials to the assigned areas, it is very important to know the types of transportation since we cannot use one for all because some materials are sensitive or need other care to be transported so that you can develop the product, to be able to choose a type of transport we must know well the materials of our product and that distances are not there problem, in this report we chose the types of horizontal and vertical transport according to the different types of materials and features that have the materials of the measure, as well As in the distribution of the areas in our plant

  • 6. 6 Type of transporattion Vertical Transportation vertical transportation was chosen because when we get the material as it comes in at least a large amount for us we made it easy and simple to choose this type of transport, for by means of a forklift can move easy materials, this when we get all the raw material from there we can move it by means of a forklift toward the inventory because it is easy to manipulate matter that reaches a fork-it will be easier to be transferred, and if necessary leave it in places where the same human being could not raise it without help, some of the reasons why they chose this type of transport are: 1. A surface that will serve as a support for the general structure and must be very resistant and horizontal, at this point we will facilitate the decision of our material as a forklift can withstand heavy weights. 2. It is a type of transport we can easily manipulate to carry faster our material toward the inventory and transportation is not a difficult to use but if you need to train the person who will use this to prevent something bad happens, such as the care that must have when carrying the material toward the inventory or when mounted on the forklift to be able to be moved.. 3. For the election of the vertical transport we take into account that we have a variety at the time of our product and therefore we will have great amount of different materials, then this type of transport will help us to be able to carry different types of our material to different seasons or in the most important case at the time of the receipt of material, will allow us to move it riding the seals and take them to their destination, on a forklift does not necessarily require a lot of weight if you provide us with a way to carry out the wide variety of product we have External transportation In the process of the development of the compass is a type of movement of material that is external transport at this point we use some means to move our material already completed or even when it arrives. When our product has already completed its process is packaged in its packaging and because this is again stored in boxes so they can get to the client and for that our product is well protected when the product is well packaged here will be used forklift to carry the goods, the completed boxes are stacked on pallets and then with the forklifts are taken with all and laminated flooring and upload it to the means of transport which will distribute it to its destination.

  • 8. 8 Additional Information Horizontal transport This management must ensure that the parties move periodically from one place to another. Each operation of the process requires materials and supplies in time at one point in particular; the effective material handling ensures that materials will be delivered in time and place, as well as, the right amount. Taking into account the facilitation that this gives us which serve to transport all kinds of objects with simplicity, which saves time and effort to the workers. Aspects of the transfer of materials which are considered: • Range: Materials (pieces) E1, E2, F1 and H1 are handled in large quantities and variety which they move through bins to the corresponding areas, which do not make the mistake of moving parts to the area not corresponding. • Chemical and physical characteristics: The characteristics of the pieces are different (some if they are similar), which their properties make them vulnerable to some special features which can be heat and temperature changes. • Sequence of operations and components: Is controlling the different components by using the inventory and rack. Features • The displacement is efficient. • In time, is at hand, and at the time required. • Ability to move quantities of volume and number of the product.

  • 10. 10 Conclusion Damaris Azucena Gutiérrez Martínez For a manufacturing process is of great importance to know what type of transport is used to move the material within the plant, because we cannot use the same type of transport for the different types of materials that we have in our process as there will be materials that are fragile, others that are very light, even heavy, and we cannot use the same type of transport for everyone, so it is important to know what are our materials in the process and knowing how to choose above all how we're going to want to move the materials, to do this we must understand the types of transport that exist and find one that fits our materials so that we can move as it should be Without causing any type of accident or that danemos to the material, since we will know the characteristics of our material and be able to adapt it to a transport and above all opened as is distributed our plant to be able to transport our equipment we have to take into account if the transfer is at great distances or short distances, it is important to know the different types of transport to be able to move our material to the places assigned to them. It is also important to know the movements at the time of moving a material such as work, material handling, internal transport and external transport these types of movements are important because through them we will be moving our materials within the plant by choosing a suitable transport even when our material is completed and it is led to shipping or any other means by which is going to be delivered to the customer. Samuel Arturo Arballo Velarde We can conclude that this work gave us a broader picture of the behavior of the distribution of material throughout the process in this case of the object that we chose which we realized that important processes such as they are molding some of their pieces so that later they could be assembled for their total manufacture, but at the moment of the creation of this material we could understand how important is the distribution of the plant for the arrangement of the stations in order to speed up each one of them. the processes and have an automated and continuous system of it, we could also understand the types of movements used for our product, which in this case would be both work and handling, and its vertical transportation for a better use of all areas and its packaging by the type of product would be non-recoverable as it is cardboard boxes that could be put together Until we reach a platform, to finally understand this, we have opened up a broad panorama of how the raw material is handled for distribution.
  • 11. 11 López Aviles Ana Guadalupe It is important to know what is the appropriate way to transport our material to carry out a manufacturing process, since in this way we can be sure that our material will arrive in a good state, as well as we can obtain better cost reduction, as soon as choosing a type of material more economical and safe. The handling of materials is the movement, protection, storage and control of materials and products during manufacturing, storage, distribution, consumption and disposal. As a process, material handling incorporates a wide range of equipment and manual, semi-automated and automated systems that support logistics and make the supply chain work. The system and material handling processes of a company are implemented to improve customer service, reduce inventory, shorten delivery time and reduce overall handling costs in manufacturing, distribution and transportation. Arvizu Partida Julia Isabel In the industrial enterprises of any spin they have their different methods of movements of materials, but the type of transport decides product produced. Which the material defines the type of transport or movement, thus leading to be of importance to determine what type of transportation is suitable for the variety and quantity of materials as well as their physical and chemical properties to obtain the position of provide agility or efficiency in the respective areas to relocate. It is important to define what type of transport is suitable for each type of material as well as how easy and efficient it is to use it, that is, to use different types of transport to facilitate the transfer of large and small quantities of material. The external transport has its importance because the type of transport has benefits for the company that is engaged in transportation for the sale of finished products, which involves packaging. The participation of the packaging is of importance for the protection of the same way aesthetically towards the product that is in the way of delivery. There is also a variety of packaging; its use is depending on the product that is made, so the use of boxes is more economically common. Both transport and packaging systems have a great influence on the product that is finished or that is in process, that is, the transports are in charge of supplying the materials for the elaboration of the final product and the packaging is in charge of protecting the final product by means of which this is on the way to delivery.
