When they make you an offer..
• Say “hmmm” and pause
• Express interest in the job and ask for time
to think about it

When you get back to them
• Repeat your interest in the job and the
company and that you are confident it is a fit
• Repeat what you heard them offer
• Ask if they can do any better on the salary
• Either way say “I see” and then negotiate
anything else before accepting
• Get all agreements in writing
