Imagine a society without law? What will happen to its
citizen if everyone is entitled with their own freedom
without respecting other’s freedom? Imagine a society
in where stealing, over speeding or worse, killing is
okay? Do you think your life will be safe? Do you
think, you want to live in this kind of society?
In order to maintain a harmonious living, one of the
branches in the Philippine Government which is the
Legislative Branch has a main function to make laws,
alter, and repeal them through the power vested in the
Philippine Congress.
