To whom it may concern,
It is with confidence I write this letter of recommendation for Joseph Crilly as a candidate for the
Student Intern position with in your company, Siemens. In his position as a Web Design Intern with
Old Town Pasadena Aflac, Joseph was with us from June 1st
to the March 25th 2016.
Joseph excelled in this position and was a true asset to his fellow interns and the company
during his time with the office. He along with the other Interns were tasked with designing a new
website for our office. Joseph immediately presented himself as enthusiastic, organized,
knowledgeable and above all willing to learn. His design background and IT skill set allowed him to
thrive with this web development project. Some aspects of which included, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
Photoshop/Illustrator to name a few.
Joseph is a capable, dedicated and personable young man. He is highly intelligent and has
displayed strong analytical skills to diagnose any problems encountered and devises viable solutions.
His interpersonal and communication skills have clearly defined him as an excellent team member.
On the occasions where I needed to delegate, it was often Joseph I selected to lead the group. He
had an excellent rapport with his peers and was always willing to listen to their suggestions, which
allowed him to develop a very productive working relationship with his team members.
This leadership role became more permanent and Joseph also took on the responsibility of
recruiting new members to the team, which is since thriving.
For all of these reasons, I think Joseph will make a fine addition to the Siemens team. Should
you have any questions, I invite you to contact me at the number or email address provided.
Yours Faithfully,
Russell Stanberry.
