Father: (proudly) “Congrats anak!”
Mother: “Madoctor jud ni akong anak kay bright kaayog Science, Smile sa picture, smile sa

2. Mother enters room to invite Adrian for dinner. Adrian engrossed in his laptop sitting on his
bed/desk.
Mother: “Nak, naug na sa silong, galuto ko imong paborito nga porkchop.”
Adrian (annoyed): “Ma, mapildi ko tungod sigeg kag samok diha!”
Mother (helpless): “Adrian pud oi... nangutana d i to imong Papa kung gusto ba ka mag review
sa Board exam, kay para maka salary loan siya.”
Adrian: Samot na jud kog dimalason mag-sige mog hisgot anang board exam. Dili na lagi ko
gusto ma doctor.”
Adrian (irritated) stands up and escorts mother out of the room then returns to his laptop.
Hyperlapse scene showing changes of day and night with Adrian fixed in his position. Mother
enters room several times bringing snacks and drinks and picking up laundry and trash.
End shot: Adrian picks up blade.
Shot of water from tap --> mixed with blood --> focus on Adrian’s slashed wrist.
Sound of footsteps --> knocking --> forceful entry inside the bathroom --> someone holding
Adrian up --> ambulance sirens wailing.

Scene 3: Post suicide attempt
Shoot Location: Orange Bldg 3rd floor (Hospital Room) DAY; Royal Garden (Adrian’s Room;
Green Screen) NIGHT
Duration: 1 min and 30 secs
Adrian wakes up in the hospital with doctor and family/love ones surrounding him.
Shot: focus on dressed wound
Doctor: “He needs to come to the clinic for counselling, also he should avoid too much social
media and online games. Makatrigger jud na ug anxiety ug depression. This is his prescription
for his maintenance medications. Fluoxetine one tablet once a day.” --> hands prescription for
Fluoxetine and bottle of meds --> Emily’s hand reaches out for bottle and prescription (do not
show face of Emily)

3. Adrian not looking up still focused on his phone.
Adrian in his bedroom still engrossed in his phone --> picks up bottle of depression meds -->
throws it in the trash bin --> goes back to play with his phone --> hand from phone grabs Adrian
--> Adrian disappears inside his phone --> phone drops to the floor.
Scene 4: Tiktrend
Shoot Location: Orange Bldg 3rd floor (Near Elevator) NIGHT
Duration: 3 mins and 30 secs
Adrian wakes up in a room full of disco/dancing lights with a monitor and webcam in front. The
monitor shows a real-time image of him and a prompt “Complete the Tiktrend challenge to exit”.
He ignores the challenge and gets inside the nearby elevator --> he presses the down button -->
when the elevator opens --> he loops back to the same room --> goes inside the elevator again --
> presses a different button --> but elevator opens to same room.
Adrian then proceeds to perform the challenge --> shows “try again” for several times in the
monitor --> then he finally succeeds in completing the dance.
The words ‘Great job” flashed across the screen --> elevator opens --> Adrian goes inside the
elevator.
Transition
Scene 5: FlixStream
Shoot Location: Royal Garden Rooftop NIGHT
Duration: 4 mins
Adrian exits the elevator and enters a dark room. There’s a flickering “Flixstream” signage
outside the elevator door. He saw a figure wobbly walking away. He tries to call out to the
figure.
Adrian: “Bai! bai!”
Adrian was about to reach out to the figure when someone pulled him away,
The figure suddenly looks back revealing the face of the undead.
Shot: Close up Zombie’s face.

4. Adrian struggles to free himself from the grasp of the stranger/savior. They are now hidden
behind a wall, the stranger is trying to calm him down.
Papiyow: ‘Kalma mego. Madunggan ka nila.”
Shot: Zombies wandering around trying to make out/follow the noises.
The stranger pushes back his hoodie revealing his face. Adrian recognizes him but is still
confused but he stopped struggling.
Adrian: “Diba ikaw si Papiyow? Katong sikat sa Tiktrend? Gibalita lagi nga namatay ka.”
Papiyow: “Like and subscribe to Papiyow! (Whispers to himself) “Wala na jud d i ko nila
gipangita, dritso na man dayon patay.” (Then looks at Adrian) “Ikaw unsa man imong name?”
Adrian: (Skeptic, Accusing)“I’m Adrian. Nganong naabot ko aning lugara? Unsa ning dapita?
Imoha ning video? Naay kay mga cameras diri?”
Papiyow: “Parehas ra tawon ta victim here Adrian. Ga record ra gani ko sa Tiktrend, nasulod ra
man ko kalit diring dapita.” “Sa akong na figure out it’s some kinda digital world and we are all
prisoners here.” Cries
Papiyow: “ Maybe it’s because I’m so focused on my channel and the number of subscribers,
views, and likes that I got, mao gi punished ko.”’Ikaw? what do you think brought you here?”
Adrian: “Medical student ko before pero nabagsak ko sa board exams but OK ra, no big deal.”
“Mas gusto ra man sad ko nga naa ra sa ako room, minding my own business, with my video
games streaming videos. Tapos I got sucked in here.”
Papiyow: “Maybe that’s the reason you’re here. Because of your gaming obsession. Wala na kay
connect sa outside world, lost touch with reality.”
Adrian: (Scoffs) “I don’t need anyone. I don’t need personal connections.”
Papiyow shakes his head sadly and focuses on the Zombies instead.
Adrian: “Dugay na man jud ka diri, wa jud ka kitag paagi para maka ikyas?”
Papiyow: (Points to the fire exit) “Mao na diha ang exit pero naa zombie ga atang. Kinahanglan
nga naa mo distract sa ilaha.” (Thinks deeply.) “Sakto!” (Says to self)
Papiyow: (Looks at Adrian) “ Adrian, when I say run, run dayon ha towards the exit.”
Adrian: “O pero mag dungan ta.”

5. Papiyow: “Dili pwede. Kay dapat naay mo distract sa mga zombies. If magdungan ta, pareho ta
mamatay. Dapat ka ma save, dapat ka makabalik sa real world. Daghan pa ka pwede matabangan
Adrian. Padayon sa pagka doctor.” (Without waiting for Adrian to argue further, Papiyow runs to
the opposite side away from the fire exit.)
Papiyow: “Hoy mga panget! Gusto mo make-up tutorial?”
Zombies scrambles towards Papiyow.
Papiyow: “Now Adrian, RUN!”
Adrian dashes towards the fire exit. Before he leaps down, he turns around to see Papiyow being
devoured by the undead. Papiyow has a smile on his lips but tears and blood are streaming down
his cheeks.
Transition
Scene 6: Mobile Clash
Shoot Location: Rice field Behind Orange Bldg NIGHT
Duration: 2 mins and 30 secs
Adrian appears on the other side of the portal. As he steps onto unfamiliar ground, he gazes
down at his ensemble, now transformed into a warrior's attire.
Voice over: “Enemy approaching.”
Adrian unsheathes his sword. Looking around for the approaching doom.
Mistress: (menacingly) “"Well! Well! Well! Look at what we have here. Adrian, How is your
new prison?”
Adrian: (determined) “Let me go! You cannot imprison me in this space. You will see. I will
find a way to escape this world!”
Mistress: (chuckling) “Adrian, do you think this world is any different from the world you came
from? You are a prisoner in both worlds and you will remain a prisoner here until you rot and
die!”
The Mistress will charge with her sword towards Adrian, their clash causing sparks to fly. A
fierce swordfight ensues.
Adrian, bruised and bloodied, faces the Mistress .

6. Antihero: (laughing menacingly) “You fight well, Adrian. But you can't beat me cause I’m not
even the enemy here. You see, I'm not the real villain here, the real villain is ... you.”
The Mistress lunges forward, delivering a powerful strike. Adrian desperately blocks the blow
but is thrown back, unbalanced.
Adrian: (struggling) “"You can't fool me."
The Mistress advances, her movements aggressive and confident. She delivers multiple swift
strikes, each one pushing Adrian deeper into a corner. Adrian, battered and disoriented, musters
his remaining energy and launches a counterattack. The clang of swords reverberates throughout
the field.
Mistress: (voice with manipulation) "I am not deceiving you. You have brought all this disaster
upon yourself.”
They continue to exchange blows, each attack more intense than the last. Adrian finds his
rhythm, his movements becoming more calculated.
Suddenly, Adrian dodges a particularly dangerous strike, narrowly avoiding the Mistress’ blade.
He retaliates with a swift low strike, knocking the Antihero off balance. The Mistress stumbles
backward, momentarily stunned. Adrian seizes the opportunity, regaining his strength and
delivering a series of powerful strikes. With each blow, Adrian grows more confident.
Finally, Adrian delivers a crushing blow, disarming the Mistress. The Mistress falls to her knees,
defeated and gasping for breath.
Adrian: “It’s over. Now tell me how to escape this place or I will end your life.”
Mistress: (relentless, not looking up) “Do you really think it’s over Adrian. Do you really think
you will be free? You can only be free if you will accept and face your own demons. I’m not the
enemy Adrian.
The Mistress looks up revealing the face of Adrian.
Adrian's eyes widen in disbelief. Adrian's face transforms, the mask of his confident facade now
shattered, revealing vulnerability and turmoil.
Shot: Extreme close-up

Scene 7: Acceptance
Shoot Location: Orange Bldg 3rd floor (Hospital Room) DAY

7. Duration: 2 mins and 30 secs
Adrian, now wearing a hospital gown, is mysteriously transported back to the hospital room. His
hand is still wrapped in a bandage, a reminder of his previous injury. In front of him, Emily and
his Mother stand, their faces etched with tears and worry.
Emily: (whispering, choked up) I’m not the enemy, Adrian. Nabalaka gyud ko nimo. Ang imong
paranoia nagkadako. Nganong himuon man ko nimo nga kontra Adrian? All I want is for you to
seek professional help.
Mother: “Anak, please listen to Emily. Para ra man ni sa imohang kaayohan.”
(voice over of Mother relaying the events)
Scene 2.2: “Adrian Sukad nga nabagsak ka sa boards, nag sige na lang kag cellphone ug laptop.
Ambot unsa imong gipanglantaw diha nga nalahi na man imong batasan.”
Scene 1.3.(Instead of still photo of engagement ring, show “prenup pictorial snippets”): Imo na
gina-suspetsahan si Emily nga nangita ug lain kay siya doctor, ikaw dili, Magpakasal na biya mo
hapit. Pero wala mibiya nimo si Emily.”
Scene 2.3. (Show Emily helping Adrian out of the bathtub): “Siya nagtabang nga madala ka diri
sa hospital, but mobalibad japon ka nga matambalan.”
Back to hospital scene
Emily: (wiping her tears) “Tita, molakaw sa ko kadyot. Naa lang ko adtoon nga pasyente.
Hopefully, motingog na si Adrian puhon.
As Emily was about to leave, Adrian calls out to her.
Adrian: (whimpering) Emily... Ma... Gusto ko maayo. Gusto na ko maayo ma. Please tabangi ko
ninyo.
They all hug each other and cry. Mother runs out to get the doctor.
Mother: Doc! Doc! Mitingog na si Adrian.
Transition
Scene 7: Realizations
Shoot Location: Orange Bldg 3rd floor (Lobby) DAY
Duration: 2 mins and 30 secs

8. Adrian, sits on his hospital bed, wearing a hospital gown. His Doctor, a middle-aged
professional, stands beside him, holding a clipboard. Emily and his mother are also around him.
Doctor: “Adrian, I have good news. Pwede na tika ma discharge karon.”
Adrian's face lights up with a mix of relief and excitement.
Adrian: Nindot na paminawon, dok! Andam na ko muuli ug ipadayon ang akong normal nga
kinabuhi.
Doctor: “Sa dili ka pa moadto, adunay usa ka hinungdanon nga butang nga kinahanglan nato
hisgutan. Ang imong sobra nga paggamit sa mga digital nga devices nakatampo sa imong mga
health issues. Gitawag kini nga digital addiction.”
Adrian's expression changes from excitement to curiosity.
Adrian: “Digital addiction? Kadungog na ko ana doc but wala ko mag-expect nga grabe ang iya
impact sa akong kinabuhi.”
Doctor: “Adrian, ang dugay nga pagkaladlad sa mga screen, walay hunong nga paggamit sa
social media, ug ang sobra nga pagdula can have serious consequences for your overall well-
being. It led to your mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and even affected your
physical health.”
Adrian's eyebrows furrow as he listens attentively.
Adrian: (sincerely) “ Unsa akong mahimo para ma manage or maka cope ko ani nga addiction
doc? Gusto nako nga masiguro nga I don’t fall back into the same patterns again.”
Doctor: “Una, pag-set ug limit sa imong screen time, develop a support system, and participate
in therapy sessions nga ga focused aning digital addiction.”
Adrian stands up from the hospital bed, feeling empowered and ready to face the challenges
ahead.
Adrian:” Thank you kaayo doc. Salamat kaayo sa imong giya. Dili nako tugotan nga kani nga
addiction maoy mag define kanako.”
They shake hands and Adrian walks out the door towards the lobby.

9. Scene 7: Realizations
Shoot Location: Orange Bldg 3rd floor (Lobby) DAY
Duration: 3 mins and 30 secs
The bustling hospital lobby radiates with an aura of purpose and urgency. In the center of the
lobby stands Adrian, filled with determination and purpose.
Adrian walks slowly towards the nurses station and flashes of image and movement showcase
his trials and progress. Adrian wears a white lab coat and stethoscope before stopping at the
nurses’ station.
Adrian voice over: “You know, sometimes life feels like a never-ending cycle, doesn't it? We
get sucked into this digital world, scrolling mindlessly, losing track of time. It starts innocently
enough, just a few minutes here and there, but it can quickly spiral out of control. And before we
know it, we find ourselves trapped in the clutches of digital addiction.
Depression, my friend, is a silent monster. It sneaks up on you when you least expect it, taking
away the joy and meaning from even the simplest things. It can be overwhelming, suffocating,
and make you feel like you're drowning in a sea of darkness.
But hey, let me tell you something. We can't let ourselves stay down. If we fall, we need to find
the strength to stand back up, dust ourselves off, and keep going.
We can't do it alone, though. We need a support system. Friends, family, loved ones – they're
there for a reason. They care about us, and they're more than willing to lend a helping hand. We
just have to reach out and let them know what's going on. There's no shame in asking for help.
None whatsoever. It's crucial that we recognize the problem and face our own demons. We can't
keep burying our feelings or pretending that everything is okay. It's time to confront the root
causes of our digital addiction and depression. We need to be honest with ourselves and
acknowledge the impact it's having on our lives. But let me tell you, my friend, it's not going to
be easy. Facing our demons takes courage. It takes vulnerability. It's going to be uncomfortable
at times, but trust me when I say that it's worth it. So, let's take a deep breath and gather our
strength.
Together, we can break free from the chains of digital addiction. Together, we can find light in
the darkness of depression. It won't be a smooth journey, but we'll make progress. Step by step,
day by day, we'll find our way back to a healthier and happier life. Remember, you're not alone
in this battle. Reach out, seek help, and lean on your support system. Let's face our demons head-
on and reclaim our lives. We're stronger than we think, and we have the power to overcome
anything that comes our way. Don't give up. Keep fighting. Better days are ahead.”
Adrian, is now an experienced and dedicated Attending Physician, confidently strides into the
bustling hospital ward. The nurses, who have grown to admire and respect him, light up with
smiles as he approaches.

10. Adrian: (into a nurse) Morning, Maam Sara. Kumusta mga patients nato?
Sara: (as she updates Adrian) Most of them are stable doc, pasalamat sila sa imoha..
Carol: (jumps in holding a mobile phone): “Syempre Most Outstanding Physician of 2024 biya
ilang doctor. Doc Adrian, say hi to my followers.”
Adrian shyly smiles and waves at the phone’s camera.
Sara: Carol, makit-an gani ka sa supervisor ana nga gasige ra kag social media, mapatawag jud
ka sa Head Nurse office.”
Carol gives Sara an evil eye and slowly hides her phone. Sara then turns and smiles warmly to
Adrian gathering the patient’s charts.”
Sara: “Rounds na ka doc?”
Adrian nods and proceeds to the patient’s room. When Adrian and Sara were out of sight, Carol
fished her phone from her pocket and begins recording a vlog.
Carol: “Hey there, amazing viewers! We've come to the end of yet another incredible journey in
the life of a hardworking healthcare worker, and I hope you enjoyed every moment of it as much
