-Provide daily leadership of subordinate Marines and supervise all personnel
administration for Engineer Support Company.
-Monitor and track all Marines from Engineer Support Company pending legal
-As Company Safety NCO, responsible for the safety of all Company Marines and ensuring
that all the Marines of Engineer Support Company are abiding by all orders and policies
in place.
-As Company Facilities NCO, responsible for the wellbeing of all Marines by inspecting
and following up on all work orders.
-Assist Company Gunnery Sgt with reconciling Medical/Dental readiness reports with
Platoon SNCOIC's and Platoon Sgt.'s for the Company.
-Enforce Marine Corps policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
-Conduct monthly counselings for subordinate Marines in Company headquarters section
-Assist and work closely with Company GySgt, ready to assume duties in his absence.
-Administered and supervised the Company clerk on day to day task(i.e. Morning report of
280 Marines, Assignment of Monthly Duties, Checking IN/OUT Marines, and Naval
Correspondence
-Created a Company "A" roster that tracks 280 Marines EASing and doing VEERPs
-Stepped in and performed the responsibilities as the Company Gunnery Sergeant while the
Company Gunnery Sergeant was away at the career Course from 20120620 to 20120820
-Wrote up over (80) 6105/Pg 11 and Non-Recs for the Company
-Continuously updated the legal filing cabinet tracking all Engineer Support Company
Marines with (IDC, MPO, FPP, Restriction/EPD, Base Traffic/Civil Court, 5x8's and etc.)
-Identified two custodians per section as the Hazmat/safety/Facilities Representative
-Updated all policies and created read board at company
-Received a "Mission Capable" w/ 1 finding on the Annual Safety inspection
-Managed all BEQ and Facilities work requests to completion for ESC
-Identified and procured over 264,000 dollars of unfunded deficiencies for ESC
