I am an experienced team leader who is more than capable of committing to and
accomplishing any task I am faced with. I have a very thorough and determined work ethic
and I primarily strive to make sure myself and my colleges can provide the best service for
our employers and most importantly our clients. I am a very experienced individual with over
12 years experience ranging from skilled driver to mentoring and leadership training of junior
employees. Since 2009 I have been a senior team leader in charge of the inspection,
maintenance and upkeep of various critical assets within the military these ranging from basic
weapon systems and sights to multi million pound armoured vehicles. Myself as an individual
will always aim to provide a very high standard in everything that I do and this will be
completed in a professional and skilled manner to which is of a very high standard.

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONOF EXPERIENCE :-
I have over 8 years experience of inspection within the Armed Forces as qualified Weapons
inspector. These Duties have included working abroad in arduous conditions whilst
controlling and maintaining both the Upkeep and Operational Effectiveness of Critical
Defence Systems Multi Million pounds company assets. I have over 9 years experience of
leadership and management from roles such as Training Advisory Group to management and
mentoring of employees within my company.
I have worked in over 20 Countries throughout the world therefore I am easily adaptable to
new changes and various cultures.
